Great simple machine
Been using for about a week. Got this to replace the land fill hogging K-cup machine. I think I had been missing the taste of real coffee. This little machine makes good tasting coffee, and cleanup and prep are easy and quick. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good Sip
Easy to use. You must play with the amount of coffee to use. 1 tbs. seems great for me (Folgers). Arrived quickly; would recommend to morning Java sippers!!

So far, so good
I needed a backup and future replacement for a coffeemaker that makes one or two 14-oz cups of coffee at a time and which, admittedly has spoiled me because I can use my own coffee and make only the amount I need within minutes. I've found a similar product, but it's reviews were equivocal. Then I saw the AdirChef Grab N' Go Personal Coffee Maker and liked that it offered similar benefits to what I have at a good price and could possibly travel. Well, it traveled with me by car the very day I received it. It's very lightweight because it's mostly made from plastic. I only use the mug it came with to make my coffee or hot tea. I pour the beverage into another mug to drink it; a habit from my current coffeemaker. I also only use filtered or purchased Spring water, not water from the tap, in an effort to reduce any kind of mineral buildup. Further, I use a number 2 paper filter in my filter basket each time I make coffee because cleanup is easier and my filter basket doesn't get gross. The Grab N' Go makes the coffee/tea quickly, within 1-3 minutes and the temperature is drinkable hot, not super hot. I've used the Grab N' Go at least twice daily over 7 consecutive days and have had no problems since receiving it 8 days ago. Hopefully, none will occur! The Grab N' Go traveled well; I put it in its box to travel and put the box in a reusable shopping bag to carry. The only things I don't really like about it is that it's hard to know where to stop when you're filling the reservoir with water. A line or bump inside would be helpful. You don't want to overfill because it spills out over the top of the cup. I also miss the beep that my 1-2-cup coffeemaker issues to let me know when brewing is done. But, that is not an essential, just a nice feature. All in all, I'm very satisfied and look forward to many cups of coffee and tea made with the Grab N' Go at home and while traveling, particularly as my 1-2-cup maker is doing its best to die on me after nearly 6 years of excellent service. Hopefully, the Grab N' Go will "step into the breach," as it were, and keep me caffeinated.

Ready to travel
It was just what I needed. There wasn't a coffee maker where I was going. I'm not one to get in the car for a coffee. It fit perfectly in a small packing cube, which keeps it all together, and then in my carry on. It made me great coffee. Quick and super hot. The mug size was perfect, too. I used it to pour water into the coffee maker. Didn't even dribble. Very easy to clean.

Awesome inexpensive Personal Coffee Maker!!!
So far so good! I wanted an inexpensive single cup coffee brewer that had a reusable filter and I found one! I have had this for almost a week and have been very impressed so far! It is very easy to use and I love that I am not using the pods or kcups! This coffee maker allows you to use coffee grounds in a washable reusable filter! You can't beat the price!

Tasty coffee, great value
I've been using a Bunn My Cafe single-cup coffee maker and was going to get a second unit for another room. But, I stumbled across this unit for a small fraction of the Bunn maker's price. To my great surprise, I've been very satisfied. Pros: - coffee tastes very good - uses any ground coffee - coffee can be fresh ground/roasted (vs. prepackaged pods) - inexpensive to buy and operate - even at 14 oz of water, you can brew a strong cup - included travel mug is well-insulated - cleanup is fast & not as messy as you might expect - brews quickly, despite lack of reservoir Cons: - lightweight plastic construction, unlike my industrial-strength Bunn. (But, it's sturdy enough.) - brew light impossible to see in normal light. (But not a big deal at all) - doesn't extract much flavor from soft pods. (Soft pods are hard to find anyway, so use ground coffee.) The big advantage over any kind of pod coffee maker (Keurig pods, soft pods, etc.) is that you can put up to 4 tablespoons of coffee in the brew basket. Unlike pods, your coffee choices are unlimited. You can grind (or even roast) fresh if that's your thing. By adjusting the amount of water and coffee (and the grind, too, if you grind your own), you can brew coffee to your preferred strength. Strong coffee is no problem if that's what you like. (I do.) Cleanup isn't quite as simple as tossing a spent pod in the wastebasket, but it's not bad. I knock the used grounds from the filter basket into the trash, and rinse out the small remainder in the sink. The basket is very fine mesh, so grounds don't stick and it rinses easily. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. If my Bunn dies, or pods get too hard to find, I'll probably replace it with another one of these.

Great travel coffee maker for a fantastic price!
This is an unexpectedly great little coffee machine! I was off to Spain where they often don't have hotel room coffee makers - needed something lightweight and physically small - this really fit the bill. Coffee comes out super hot! Easy to clean. Quality for the price is amazing. Would highly recommend!

Coffee house coffee!
Wow! The coffee is great! We bought this because my son started a new job and is too rushed for coffee in the morning. I cut back to one or two cups in the morning so it doesn’t pay to get out the big coffee maker. This makes better coffee than the big one! The filter basket leaves a tiny amount of coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup. Not serious just annoying. We fill a standard coffee cup and just dump the water in and a regular silverware spoon to measure. I put 2 rounded spoonfuls for one cup. We use regular coffee filters and tie it up with cheap rubber bands from a bulk pack. You can also use plastic coated wire ties from bread wrappers or garbage bags. We put the bundle right in the filter basket and there’s no mess. So easy to use and I love that it’s space saving!

Still going after NTC
Survived combat engineer life being bungee corded in a Stryker over rough terrain through a Army NTC rotation. Access to caffine 24 hours a day in the desert is worth it's weight in gold. This little guy was abused and keeps in going. Small enough for travel and tough enough for 6 Soldiers to get hot coffee (1 cup at a time) during combined arms breaches.

EDITED: The first cup was good....
Updated Review: After writing my initial review, I decided to return the original one I received for a replacement. Turns out, the power button on the original system was faulty and in a "constantly on" state which prevented the machine from working properly. This new one so far is working extremely well. I received the replacement on Monday and began using it immediately, and it's been working perfectly for the last five days. I love that I can use whatever coffee I want, and am not restricted to a pod cup. I'm also thrilled about the little mug that comes with it, it's working very well for my needs. I have a 20 oz Yeti that I would prefer to use, but it's too big to fit into the system. If I can figure out how to do that, then I'd be in my own little coffee heaven. ______________________________ Original Review: This arrived Wednesday. I was extremely excited to try it as I've been using a french press for several months, and while that creates fine coffee, it's just a pain in the butt. I plugged it in yesterday, poured water into the reservoir, put the mug in the little mug spot, and plugged it in. This little guy was off and dripping! It was awesome! My house filled with the glorious smell of brewing coffee! It was everything I thought it would be and more! At the end of the cycle, I unplugged the little guy and let him rest until this morning. I added my tablespoons of coffee grounds, filled up the little reservoir with water, put my mug in the proper spot, plugged it in! Anticipation flowing! Go to push the little button! Annnnnnnd..... nothing. There's no wonderful smell of coffee. There's no drip, drip, dripping of brewed sunshine into my waiting mug. There's no warmth on this cold, snowy, winter day. There's just a sad little machine that no longer works. I've since re-read the instruction manual, but there's no troubleshooting tricks. I have reset the outlet, tested it with another device, those work perfectly. I have resorted to googling troubleshooting, but have thus far been unsuccsesful. I'm exceptionally disappointed that this appears to be broken after one brew.
