Great value for the price; they worked perfectly.

These worked out perfectly for my trip to the UK. Highly recommend these if you need a few extra adaptors to take with you on the plane, to the airport or to your room or flat; and even to maybe a local coffee shop with wifi where you may need to plug up.. You will need them; trust me.

Important Review for Non Tech Buyers

I read many reviews about customers buying this product and it not working. Some buyers destroyed electrical or electronic devices using this converter. Its important to understand that this product only does a physical conversion from a USA style plug to UK style plug. It does not do any electrical conversion. (You need to buy a transformer for an electrical conversion) So what does this mean ? If your device is not marked 120/240 or 110/220 do not use it. UK uses 220v, if you plug in a hair dryer marked 120v your hair dryer will get very hot and eventually burn out. It may even catch on fire. My wife was travelling to the UK and we purchased this converter for her laptop. Her laptop power supply is clearly marked 120v/240v. Her cell phone charger is also marked 110/220 so we were able to use it to charge her cell phone as well.

Works well in the UK and Ireland.

We're very happy with the adapters - and are using them in UK (Northern Ireland) and Ireland with excellent results. Of course the user has to confirm that the U.S device will work with 240V AC feed. All of our USB chargers and laptop chargers are shown as compatible, and we have had no problems using them through the adapters. We had to leave our hair dryer at home, since it works only with 120VAC. Also, the 3 pack has proven to be the right choice for us. Traveling around Ireland and staying mostly in B&Bs, we have needed all 3 some days. The box is a handy place to keep them while traveling.

Perfect for ALL your modern electronics, as long as they're 110-220V.

Having traveled outside the US very infrequently, I was delighted to realize (upon assembling my ridiculous amount of electronic gear for a trip to Ireland) that nearly every power supply and charger I own now, even though it has "American plugs", is rated as 110V-220V, which means that I DID NOT need a voltage converter (NOT THIS PRODUCT), I only needed a plug adapter (EXACTLY THIS PRODUCT). This included two laptops, a tablet, and (not kidding) chargers for four different phones, as well as a 360 camera-- all of my electronics. I ordered this 3-pack because the price was right, the risk was low, and they were going to arrive plenty in time for my trip. TO BE REALLY CLEAR: these do not convert voltage, so if your device is 110V-only, you will probably DESTROY your equipment, and what you need is a voltage CONVERTER instead. However, if you check all your device adapters and chargers, and read the teeny-tiny print, they probably say that they are 110-220V. In that case, these will sort you out perfectly. What I wound up doing was finding a power strip that was 110-220 capable (not all of them are!), and then I used just one of these adapters for the power strip itself, and then I had a bunch of American plugs to use without issue. I was so pleased with these, that I wound up keeping one as a memento (and in case I needed it on the plane ride home), and left the other two with the friends I was visiting, as they have American visitors quite often.

Worked great and a great price

These worked perfect for my wife's trip to Israel. They fit in the outlets there like they should, and allowed her to use her dual voltage devices while she was there. Highly recommended!

Solid and correct adapters for Brazil

(1) Unlike many power adapters sold online, these are really solid, and are not going to fall apart. (2) They fit perfectly into the wall plugs in Brazil. Not just the pins, but also the plastic shell has to slide into a recess in the wall plug. (3) The dual input is really handy for plugging in two of your gadgets at once.

Love the extra female plug

It seems nonsensical to write a review about something that, on its face, either works or doesn't work. We travel quite a bit and have, over the years, purchased adapters for many countries. This one was better than others because it has two female plugs (the part you plug your US device into) instead of one. This means each adapter does double duty -- plug in a phone charger AND a computer. One port is 3-prong (grounded), the other is simple two prong. They fit the New Zealand and Australian outlets snuggly and worked without any problem.

Anything like a hair straightener or blow dryer should be bought ...

I am a college student studying abroad in New Zealand. I was told before purchasing by others experienced with international travel that I should not spend money on fancy adaptors and to only buy convertors. Anything like a hair straightener or blow dryer should be bought in the country being visited as to avoid harming an adapter or the device. These convertors have worked great for my phone charger, laptop charger (MacBook), and extension cords. Unless an adapter is an absolute required item for you, this product will work wonderfully as needed, and consider buying and high-powered items such as beauty and hair supplies after landing in the country.

Excellent Product

I have bought these adapters many times over the last 40 years and these are the best I have ever found. The quality is outstanding and the extra plug in really helps. Many Hotels & B &B's in the U.K. are in buildings that are very old and the amount of plugs is very few. These double your electrical supply. Recommended
