Great Bug out/Backpacking Suture Kit

Great little kit. You aren't getting operating room quality obviously, but to have on you in bug out bag or a backpacking bag, it's perfect. Just bare in mind to do your research on sutures. I have a good working knowledge of basic sutures but still would not attempt unless I has a ways out from help and trying to prevent infection. However even then, you can wrap with gauze and keep clean for a similar effect. Tools are also decent, look into a maxpedition bag for a case, I have a Condor that it almost fits perfectly in.

Needles are a bit thicker than i prefer but that's my fault, no issues otherwise.

Sealed well. Well shaped tools for price. If you open. Install silica packet and vacuum seal.

Plan on saving time and money at e.r. by sewing own wounds. Have used 3m glue with catalyst in past with good results, but doesn't allow drainage. Stuff gets extremely hot as well. Figured needle in fresh wound couldn't be much worse. In my e.d.c.bag allways.

Sutures are a skill every "prepared" individual should learn to do effectively, only way to learn is to buy them and practice.
