The picture is crisp and bright and my son has knocked it over from 4' up three times now with no ill effects. Everything I could dream in a projector. The USB is powered, so you can just plug a FireStick into it and power it with the projector and have a nice self-contained media center.

It is the perfect projector for what is is designed to do. If you are looking for the Awesome home theater experience, this is not the projector for you. However, if you are looking for an ultra portable (not much larger than a Big Mac) projector to use for small presentations in a dark conference room that does not have to be in HD, you cannot beat this projector or its price. At less than $50 US, it cannot be beat. I tried it with my Firestick and it worked perfectly. I have not tried it with my laptop yet but will be doing so once I get back to work. Great for a kids room or guest room if you don't want the expense of a television.

A small Price Great vaule

I have been looking for a portable projector for a long time. i am very excited to have purchased this Artlii Mini Video Projector. The price is unbelievable cheap under fifty dollars. It was very easy to set up and adjust the picture to the best resolution with remote to use. with this projector you can connect with HDMI, AV cables, USB or SD cards so you have alot option what to Use. This Mini projector is only the size of my Iphone. I have use this projector in my bedroom. so i can lie on the bed and use the project on the ceiling to watch my movie and listen to music the picture quality is very good. After we have this projector we can have a new way Spend time together as Family time get some popcorn and enjoy movie instead going out to the movie theater. Is a great inverting save time and money. My son ask me to put it in his room when he have friend come over so he and his friend can enjoy the movie is good thing is easy setup and don't have alot cable to move :) This is why i give this Projector A Five Star Reviews

Better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised by the brightness of the projector. I guess LED makes it a little brighter. There are lots of clarity, contrast, and color settings on the projector to accommodate anything I will need. I am going to use this for projecting images on walls and canvas for my art projects but It is good enough that can even watch movies with this. If I wanted true HD I'd go to my TV anyway. I am very happy. For the price, it's a great little portable projector.

Neat for tent camping

I'm really unsure why people were having such issues, this little guy is jammed packed with features and connection support. Using this with an HDMI to USB C cable that also has a convenient USB A connection to chargey phone while in use, this cable is NECESSARY, you can't just plug a phone in the USB port and expect anything so most of the poor ratings and be chalked up to the user not understanding how to connect the device they're using, buy that cable ;), now the projector is lightweight but sturdy, pretty nice for what were paying for it! Like everyone else is saying,this is best for DARK areas but the main draw for me was the fact that you can power this thing with a portable power pack and a plain ole micro USB cable. This will be an incredible addition to my camera box I take camping, only this the projector is lacking is keystone correction but it fits in the palm of my hand sooooo still a winner in my book, OH also has a standard tripod screw mount on the bottom, so grab a 50' portable tripod and you're good to go!

AWESOME

So, I got this projector because I pretty much watch everything from my phone in bed which is pretty pathetic. I have a tv, but it's about the size of a computer screen. I rarely watch tv. I don't have cable, I just have hulu, netflix and amazon prime. I didn't want to buy a big expensive tv because that is a big investment for someone that only watches tv on hulu. So, I bought this and it is great! I got a google chromcast and hooked it up in the back of the projector in the HDMI port and linked my phone to it through bluetooth and streamed my shows right onto my wall. It is so cool. It's like buying the biggest tv for MUCH less. So, excited.

Great value for the price

Haven’t used this while camping yet, but have been doing test runs. So far it’s been better than I expected. Picture and sound quality is great for a sub $50 projector. I like how small it is and that it doesn’t use much power. I’m using an iPhone7 Plus. Played Finding Dory to see how much power it would use. Used about 8% battery on my phone and less than 25% of my battery pack. I’m guesstimating on the battery pack. All 4 lights on my battery pack was still showing at the end of the movie, so it seemed logical to assume less than 25% was used. The projector did get a bit warm, but not hot. It’s also pretty quiet. I doubt you’d hear it when used outside. I really liked that you can attach the projector to a camera stand. Definitely made it easy to adjust the height to get it to project properly on the screen. Some thing to consider when buying this: 1) order the appropriate converters. I had to go through 3 different lightning to HDMI converters before I found one that actually worked. You need to get the one that says it works with Netflix and other premium movie services. The cheap one won’t work. 2) you’ll need to test to see if your portable power pack will work with it. Only 1 of my 5 power packs seemed to work with it. 3) buy a case for it and the cables. It’s nice and small so you could throw it in your backpack, but it’s pretty delicate and there is no lense cover to protect the lense.

IPHONE USERS READ THIS REVIEW

IPHONE USERS: you will need a lightening digital HDMI/AV adapter to use this product. I consider myself pretty technologically savvy yet this bad boy gave me a run for my money. I scoured the reviews for over an hour after I bought the dang thing before I found a review where someone mentioned the adapter. Once you have the adapter you can mirror your phone screen thru the projector. Your phone will not work without this adapter. I am mainly using this to project artwork and linework. However, the screen quality is pretty dang good I foresee some special “stargazing” nights in my outer space loving sons room with him before bed.

excellent mini projector to take anywhere the picture is pretty clear "if watching in dark room" and the sound is pretty good to.very pleased with it would recommend.
