Fun & Educational

From the moment my 5 year old saw this he was asking if he could play with it. It was easy to use and made no mess. I love that the foam does not dry out so it can be left out. Aside from making the letters on the car he enjoyed making shapes out of it that started with the various letters such as a banana for B, Really great toy. I would recommend this for anyone who is Pre-K to kindergarten age.

CLEAN FUN

My 3yo and 6yo girls LOVE LOVE LOVE this. This is one of their favorite toys to play with. I love it because it is NOT messy and does not stick to my fingers, except the occasional one. Once they mix though, it is hard to separate out. My 13yo nephew came over and he had a blast playing with it and he only loves video games.

Great Sensory Learning Toy

I really love the concept of this activity. The playfoam beads are a great sensory tool for helping young kids learn how to shape their ABC's. It is very interactive, and promotes learning. I especially love how easy it is to clean up. I did this activity with my daughter who is 2.5, but I would recommend it for kids a bit older- 3.5 and up.

Best product ever!

Wow! Great buy for your money. All my grandkids loved this! After they learned the ABC they continued to use them to make different shapes. They enjoyed making balls and throughing them inside the house, which I was totally fine with because their sooo soft. I usually do Not let them play with balls in the house. This product did not make a mess it held together well! I will be buying more!

Awesome for sensory play!!

My 3 year old loves this play foam. The letter cards are very sturdy and are a great learning tool— now I just need to practice rolling the foam and helping her do the letters so she can play/learn independently....right now she just plays with the foam!! Which is totally fine!! This is a wonderful product— but beware the little balls do sneak apart sometimes— so be ready to check the floor under the table where your child plays for clean up.

Kids have gone crazy for this toy!

My kids love it! The colors don’t stay separate for long so if it’s important to you that they don’t mix, then you need to sit and watch your kids as they play this or keep them in separate zip lock baggies and give them one at a time. If on the other hand you don’t care about the colors mixing... go crazy with it! There is so much you can do!

Awesome for play and learning!!

Love, love, love playfoam!!! I love that it never dries out, and it's less messy than playdough. As a school occupational therapist, I love using playfoam with my students. It's a great multi-sensory medium for play and learning. I love the durable letter cards that follow proper letter formation sequencing with arrows and numbers to help kids learn how to form letters. I can have my students use different colors to reinforce different parts of forming letters. The fun colors also are very appealing to my students...overall, a great product that is very popular with my students.

Great for pre-k and sensory activities!

The Educational Insights Playfoam Shape & Learn Alphabet Set was a huge HIT in our house! My 4 year old daughter LOVED it! She has autism and has often struggled with varying textures and also staying focused on certain learning activities. Today she immediately grabbed for the foam without hesitation and commented how soft & squishy it was. She picked out a letter card and correctly identified it and the coordinating picture on the card. I gave her direction and she immediately understood the concept of squishing the foam to shape the letter by following the numbers & arrows on each card. My 2 year old didn't want to be left out so he quickly scooped up a card and yelled out "Elephant!" and made an elephant noise for the E letter card! The recommended age for this product is 3-6 so I knew he was a bit under the recommendation but he LOVED playing with the foam too and he liked looking at the picture on each card and identifying what it was so we were able to use the cards in many ways. My daughter also used the cards for sounding out each letter and she thought of other words that also begin with that letter while she worked with the foam to shape it. My kiddos loved it and played with it for a long, long time. The good news for parents is that the foam NEVER dries out!!! NEVER! There's no mess like play dough has and the clean up is so FAST and EASY! This is a must-have product to help kiddos have fun while learning their letters and learning how to write them too! Fun, educational, and mess-free! This is a product we will be using again and again!

My 2.5 year old LOVES this product!

This is a great alternative to Play Doh and 100 times less messy. My 2.5 year old loves it. He's able to sculpt, build and play without a hardening, sticky mess. The alphabet cards are a great tool to continue learning/practicing our ABC's. My husband and I even enjoy it as well! I would highly recommend this product for those with younger and older kids as well - it is stress-free fun!!

Amazing learning tool!

I bought this for for my preschool class to learn their alphabet. It’s an amazing learning tool for a great price! I had the float separated in to closavle containers but small pieces get stuck on the boards some times so be prepared for multicolored rainbow floam
