These are great, value for the money and due exactly what they say they do. These work in light and pitch dark, the IR settings are impressive. It took me a min to get used to the IR settings zoom, focus at different distances but this is straight forward and was natural. In the pitch black woods scanning the higher IR bleach out the image as you scan past closed trees and objects. If you have street lights and bright moon the. Turn the IR down for the situation and increase as needed when you zoom. The focus is short throw and located in a great position. Housing is not too heavy built feels quality. I have a lot of experience with military grade night vision, while this is digital and a bit different it is surprisingly clear and useful. My only complaint about digital is the backlit screen puts off light and kills natural night vision so the eyes have trouble adjusting back and forth. These are a great buy and work amazing for the money.

Very pleased with the Nighthawk night viewing glasses. I am able to see at night throughout my property, clearly. Cats roaming, etc. Actually feel a bit safer to have the glasses, also I will be taking them when we go camping & hiking. Thanks ... Richard D.

Was surprised at how clearly I could see with these night vision binoculars, definitely value for money at this price point. Also liked how compact and well designed the device was, it was light but doesn’t feel cheaply made. Setup was also pretty easy out of the box, it was pretty much insert batteries and go! Can’t wait to use it on our next camping trip.

Recently purchased these binoculars and was surprised at how well they worked. Great visibility at night when I went camping. Picture is relatively clear at standard zoom especially on closer objects, slightly less so at max scope but still easy to tell what objects you're looking at. The product offers a day-time filter as well but that feature is not nearly as useful as the night vision functionality.

Don’t hunt much but work in the oilpatch. Of which I initially bought for but the same day I got it in, our newly built home “nicer part of town” (so is said) we had 6 homes broken into and well... cake in handy! Yes was able to catch a few of the theifs red handed! I was sitting on the porch 1a.m pitch black!

Great for the price! Up to 10 yards or so, you can distinguish small objects. Some clarity is lost as the distance increases, but up to 100 yards you can still identify a dog and I'd say you can see up to 200 yards at night on the highest infrared setting.

Great value! Really easy to spot animals in the dark because their eyes reflect back at you. Big comfortable viewing screen. It doesn’t have a recording function but the unit is dead easy to use because of this (one button for on/off, one button for power level and one for digital zoom). All in all a super purchase.

Easy to use and does what it says. Very clear for night vision and easy to carry around. Great product for price and would recommend! My son has also learnt how to use it! ☺️

I havent taken these out to hunt yet, which is what I bought them for.. but WOW.. just lookin out at the backyard I think they are gonna be awesome! Especially for the price!! If I change my mind I will update this review.

As an owner of Gen1/2 PMT optics, I had no idea that for a hundred yards or so, this digital IR "night vision" device would work so well. Very impressed. Build quality is high, at least from the outside and accessible areas. Nice design, easy to use. The gray scale image is bright and crisp, resistance to bloom from lights in the field of view is good, much better than PMT based devices. And unlike the PMT's, you aren't going to damage the sensor with bright lights. But, it's totally reliant upon its large IR diode arrays, using 8 AA batteries which make the device pretty heavy to hold up for long periods. I have close focusing issues and the eye shroud is roomy enough to allow me to wear my glasses and see clearly.
