Anyone who wears a hearing aid earpiece mold (or musicians for that matter), will eventually get painful ear irritations. S A drop or two distributed along the ear ridges and at entry to ear canal will experience immediate and all day relief. Contents of bottle seem to last a very long time. For me this was a no-brainer and well worth it.
