Keep it neat

I'm really loving the firecable. It is one less cable to look at behind the TV.. I tried to keep the cables looking neat, but you know how that goes. It works just like the cable and power brick that comes with the firestick, except you don't have to worry about looking at the cable or losing that cable and power brick when you move the TV. The fire stick can move right along with the TV. I recommend anyone who has a firestick or thinks about getting one, get a firecable as well. As long as your TV has a USB port, you are good. I will surely use this when I travel with my firestick

Low USB Power Caution

This wire is well made and will work just fine to power your Fire Stick ONLY if you have a Very New TV with a 1 amp USB port. If your TV is older than approx. two years, it most likely does Not have enough power in the TV USB port to work. Of course you can connect the supplied 110 volt A/C adapted of the Fire Stick to this cable if you simply want a shorter cable . Check you have enough power on your TV USB, Before buying this wire.

Great Addition for Amazon Fire Stick

The Fire Cable Plus is a wonderful addition to the Amazon Fire Stick! To be able to jump over from the Fire Stick to a USB port on the back of my television is so much more convenient than having to get down in the floor and find an outlet or a power strip. This is a simple, but extremely effective, product. Thanks for coming up with the idea!

Product of the year!

I wasn't sure if it was going to work for my setup at home. I got the FireCable, and plugged into my FireStick, and the lead into the IPOD/USB port on my Denon AVR-1713 receiver, hit the home button and presto it powered up into my home menu. The product works flawlessly!

Product works as advertised

I bought 2 fireCable Plus adapters for my Amazon Fire TV Sticks, they were so easy to install, connects directly to the Fire Stick port and the USB port on the back of the TV. Turn on the TV and the Amazon Prime menu comes up automatically, I don't have to turn on the TV first, then the Amazon Fire TV Stick. I am very satisfied with this product and recommend it to anyone that has a Amazon Fire TV stick and want to eliminate unnecessary ac plug-ins.

PERFECT item!

Works perfectly as described. My FireStick powers on when I turn on my TV. I purchased this FireCable because I did not have an extra wall outlet since both were being utilized by my TV and for my BluRay player. I would've had to purchase a power strip to accommodate the extra plug. Initially, I was using an extra USB to Micro USB cable I had which came with the purchase of my cellphone but it was 6' long. Plus I needed the cable to charge my cellphone so I was having to disconnect the cable from the TV when my phone was low on battery. This cable was the perfect item I needed. When I opened the package, I was worried at first glance thinking the cable was too short. Come to find, it is the PERFECT length of 8". Very happy with my purchase.

Inadequate USB power from a Sharp Aquos TV

The product arrived promptly and was easy to install connecting it conveniently to the TV USB input. However, when I turn my TV to the Fire Stick input, the screen tells me the USB power is inadequate. So, a great idea, but the implementation did not work for me. Recently, I changed the cable to a different USB port on my TV and it works as expected, so perhaps the problem is not with the cable, but with the USB port.

Absolutely love this product. Freed up an electrical outlet and functions just like it says it will. Great product

I am so thankful for the FireCable Plus!!! I ordered a FireTv Stick and never gave a thought as to the fact it would need power.....I have no more access to power where the TV, DVD player and receiver unit all live. This cable is a lifesaver!! It appears to be excellent quality and works perfectly, even though the message on the screen initially said "not enough power for FireTv Stick". I just moved on and haven't experienced any issues.
