Tide, you better watch your back…

I am very impressed by the cleaning power of Persil. I too am a Tide convert. I've used Tide and later Tide pods all of my life. However when the Pods started not to dissolve correctly on my wife's knit pants, I needed to find a better cleaning solution. So I went to my local Walmart and bought a small bottle of Persil to try it out and it worked wonders. I've never been this excited to smell a load of laundry.

Works very well

I live out in the country. Everything in my home turns dirt red. If you have ever been around red dirt you know what I am talking about. I gave up owning anything white years ago as it will become dingy and red in a very short period. For those that aren't aware, red dirt becomes this very fine powder in the summer and blows all over everything. You can't keep it out of a house. You can write your name in the dust inside from it literally within 24 hours of dusting. It gets into closets, closed drawers and settles on to everything. Nothing stays untouched and it stains. Life in the country. However, since I have started using this laundry soap, my clothes are cleaner and I can actually have a few white things as this seems to even take the "red" out. I do personally love the scent, but I marked it as a 4 star because my animals are not crazy about it. The scent on clean clothes will last a couple of weeks or so. I rarely have to use drier sheets now. It just bugs the dogs noses, but they get over it after a day or so after washing day. I have a pretty new front loader and it works just great in that.

I really love Persil. I use this to clean me and my husbands coveralls. I have never had a laundry detergent actually get oil out of anything. I have always had to pre-soak them before washing. I used Persil without pre-soaking our coveralls and it not only got the stains out it also got the smell of fuel out. Thats pretty good. Fuel is a very strong smell. I also started using these for our ACU's and it works great. I love it. Totally worth the money.

I am obsessed with this detergent. It has an amazing smell to it that lasts quite awhile on your clothing. Not a perfume smell just a clean clothing smell. A little goes a long way and it cleans so well!

Does a fantastic job of getting out stains

Does a fantastic job of getting out stains, even old ones, as well as the mildew-y smell that can harbor in towels. (Funny, I never really had a problem with the towels smelling funny before HE washers. sigh. That's another review for another day.)

By Far The Best Laundry Detergent My Wife & I Have Ever Used!!

My wife & I have been using the Sensitive Skin (white liquid) formula of Persil for well over a year now. We use the Persil in our LG front-loading high efficiency washing machine and follow the recommended amounts of detergent that our washer calls for (i.e., regular load & heavy). And, even though it's just my wife & I in our household, we wash clothes every single day! What we discovered with the Percil Sensitive Skin after all this time is this laundry detergent is without a doubt the very best we've ever used. It does a fantastic job of getting our clothes clean in any water temperature we use (which is mostly cold unless we're washing bed linens or towels which we then use warm). We have never experienced any of the unpleasant odors either in our clothes or in our washing machine that some people have claimed this detergent caused. A lot of people aren't aware that the primary cause of unpleasant odors in high-efficiency washing machines is due to them NOT leaving the washer door or lid slightly open during non use. The only time my wife & I had any problem with any Percil laundry detergent is when we used their blue liquid Pro Clean product. That particular version did cause blue blotches to occur in anything white we washed. This was corrected however when we switched to the white liquid of their Senstive Skin product. New Loyal Persil Customer

We used to use Tide, then made our own for a bit, then decided to give Persil a try. WOW! This is amazing detergent! Some of my white t-shirts were starting to get a bit dingy, Persil remedied that. It has a great clean smell - not chemically. This is my new go-to and am 100% loyal to Persil now.

Good product, but not for online purchase....

This is sort of a dual review. I think this detergent is excellent. I've stepped through a lot of brands and this one consistently works to clean better. I did try a subscription though and that whole thing just inexplicably fell apart. My scheduled order didn't make it and followups didn't seem to have any effect. When I ran out I went to Target who carries this brand. Better price and I don't have to wait for unreliable shipping.

We previously used another leading brand of detergent, but decided to try Persil after a friend saying it worked well for her. I have used it on work clothes, cloth diapers, play clothes, etc and it has cleaned wonderfully.

Great product!

Great product!! Good price also. But you really need to work on shipping. I have bought PERSIL 2 times thru my AMAZON PRIME and both times it had leak some out.
