Great toy for kid who like to tinker. Includes electric screw driver

When I am putting Ikea furniture together, my child like to come over and help put the bolts in. This is a great toy for those who like to tinker. I also bought the Battat tool box, their parts are interchangeable. The screw driver is electric using normal AA batteries. Built quality is great, I do not have to worry about my kid breaking it. I love the design of how this is put together.

My 3-year-old Grandson Loves This Toy!

I was a little uncertain about this "take apart" toy and thought its design might be too challenging for a 3-year-old, but to my surprise my Grandson just loves it! After I demonstrated the assembly and disassembly process a couple of times he quickly got the hang of it -- although he still struggles with remembering to flip the little switch back and forth on the battery-powered drill. Luckily, the sound the drill makes is acceptable without being irritating since it's used quite a bit. All in all, I feel this rugged and durable toy provides some early lessons in construction and physics, promotes good hand-eye coordination and offers some excellent memory exercise while still being lots of fun. Grandson approved!

Great idea

This is a great idea. Its basically an assemble yourself kit that's just perfect for little kids. The drill is powerful enough to do the job but not dangerous at all. There are plenty of pieces to keep my little one entertained, yet not too many to have him give up mid way through. It can easily be assembled and disassembled as many times as they want (its been a ton of times so far). I think at this point my kid can do it blindfolded, which would look like a genius trick for the grandma.

Always pick a “gift” packaging!

I really like their toys. They are sturdy and provide excitement for a quite while for kids. On the contrary, the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. You Battat People! It is a toy. There is a great chance that it will be given as a gift. Sending it in original box with bunch of shipping stickers is a poor idea. Not to mention that box is all worn out and dirty. It was very disappointing

Amazing toys, don't pass these up!

For Christmas, my mother bought my sons (2 and 4) a couple of these take apart toys. We immediately went online and bought every take apart by Battat that we could find. We have this Jeep, the Roadster, the Plane (my favorite) and the crane truck. They're all amazing. Great quality, can take quite the beating, drops, being stepped on, and they're all still in great condition. The drills are perfect, going forward, backward, and they even have a stop position like a real drill. The bits are easy to interchange, even my 2 year old got it quickly. Now we look like a toy manufacturing plant, taking them apart and putting them together all day!

Nieces LOVE it!

I bought this for my two nieces who are for and 18 months. Actually, I bought it for my niece, who was four but they both play with it constantly! My brother called me, and said out of all the toys my four-year-old niece got for her birthday, this was by far the biggest hit! I was very skeptical, as it looks very basic. But the kids love it, that speaks volumes! I will definitely check out more of their fun designs!

A big hit!

My Grandson (who is 4) got this for Christmas, and he LOVES it! He loves vehicles and loves to use tools and take things apart and put them back together, so this was perfect! Durable, well made, and great price!

Two year old loves it

A very active two and a half year old boy is sleeping with the drill. He spent 4 hours playing with this toy the first day and has gone back to it every day since for over three weeks. He is also testing the drill on all his other toys. He is in awe of how he can "fix it". Very good toy for spatial awareness and problem solving. Will be purchasing the other toys in the collection.

Great quality toy and lots of fun

We have the airplane version of this for a while and our boys are so into trucks this seems like a given. Solidly made like the airplane and of course it has the super fun drill. The bucket on the truck is spring loaded and they love to stuff things (toys, food, whatever they can find) into it. Plastic is sturdy so a three year old can easily use it to cruise across hardwood floors. The only bummer about it is when you lose a screw, the toy is done. My wife contacted Battat about purchasing spare screws and they just sent us some extras for free. Great company and toys.

Provides hours of entertainment for 2 yr old

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew for Christmas. He’ll be 3 in April. He got all kinds of other expensive and fancy toys but he loves this one! He plays with it constantly and loves his little drill. I bought the lime green 4x4. He goes around constantly saying “ My Jeep, my green Jeep!” I’m going to buy him the airplane to play with at my house. They are serious when they say he is learning about shapes and how things fit together. He struggled at first and cried when he’d get frustrated. Now he knows when he needs to change drill bits or change the direction of the drill! We are all very impressed with this company and the price and quality of the toy.
