- ATTRACTIVE BLUE DESIGN - Sun2Solar solar blankets are made from a film of thousands of tiny bubbles, which work together to collect and retain heat both at night and on those chilly days. The blue color provides an appealing look while also using the sun’s rays to help warm your swimming pool.
- MINIMIZE WATER EVAPORATION - The use of a solar cover helps in preventing up to 95% of pool water evaporation. When not enjoying a refreshing swim, keeping your pool covered lessens the vast amount of water lost into the environment. Fill up your swimming pool less and enjoy it more!
- JUMP INTO WARMTH - Show friends and family your bravery by jumping in without the standard toe dip. Enter the swimming pool confidently knowing the Sun2Solar solar cover has kept the water warm just for you. It’s easy to put on and take off allowing more time for showing off.
- HEAT RETENTION - After everyone has called it a day with wrinkled fingers from too much fun in the sun, make sure to place this solar cover back atop the water. Don’t lose all of that warmth generated throughout the day when the sun sets. Assure your pool’s temperature does not drop too much by protecting it at night through use of a solar blanket.
- TRIM TO FIT - Your pool may be uniquely shaped and getting the right fit is as easy as finding a marker and sharp pair of scissors. Have the bubbles facing down to the water and trace a line on the cover showing where you should cut off the additional material. Do so confidently knowing this won’t affect the manufacturer’s warranty---they understand.

Great value and an excellent investment in your pool
As one who has used pool covers for the past ten years, I can attest that this is an excellent product. I know that your thinking "how is one pool cover better than another?" Two main reasons: One is that the seams are well sealed. I've had covers where the seams started to become unsealed within a few weeks. Second, it is a precise rectangle. That may seem unimportant but for someone who has rolled up a pool cover at least a thousand times, I can tell you from experience that covers that are off by even a couple inches makes the process of rolling up the cover rather tedious and time consuming. This one I can roll up in maybe 60-75 seconds. Rolling up a pool cover is a pain in the first place but if you know you can do it quickly and efficiently then it makes that spur of the moment midnight dip in the pool that much more likely! For those of you on the fence concerning a pool cover, let me tell you the benefits I've noticed. 1. You can heat your pool easier. The numbers I see thrown around of up to ten degrees are for the most part true. Before I started using pool covers, I could hope for a summer time high water temperature of 80-82 degrees. With the pool cover I can keep it at about 85 with ease (too warm for my taste but that's how my wife likes it. I was gone last weekend and when I took the cover off on Monday, the water temp was 90 degrees! I had to keep the cover off for a couple days to get it back to a suitable temperature. 2. It saves on chemicals. Now of course, the higher your water temperature the more chlorine you go through, but with the cover on it keeps the chlorine from leaking away into the atmosphere allowing it to work in your pool longer. 3. It saves on water. The way you heat water is by evaporating it, but with a cover, that evaporating water goes right back into the system. During the summer I can lose maybe a quarter inch of water a day without the pool cover on versus a quarter inch every couple days with it on. In fact the only time that I'm losing water is when I take the cover off to swim. 4. It keeps the pool cleaner. I honestly haven't used the automatic vacuum in nearly a month. I pick up the few leaves that get in by net but I haven't had to clean it in any other way. That in itself is a real time saver. All told, it is a bit of an outlay for the entire reel system and the covers last only about perhaps 18 months at best, but overall I would consider the pool cover system to be one of the better purchases I've made. And as for the pool cover, this one has been an excellent purchase and value. I will surely, 100% buy my next cover from them.

Not bad th
Good cover. Heats poor on average 10 degrees warmer than with out it. I use blue. Here is the skinny on color options. Clear will heat the slowest but will get the hottest. Blue will heat faster but won’t get as hot as clear. And even though not an option here, darker colors will heat even faster but don’t quite get the full heat potential. I live in Los Angeles and use the cover to keep pool comfortable earlier in the season and later in the season. If I cover my pool in the summer and forget for two -three days. The pool get too hot. I have seen it at 101 degrees F. And yo people. Stop complaining. Unless you purchase a $500 cover it won’t last for more that a year. Those covers at $400-500 will only last 3 years. Purchase this cover and get a new one every year. For approx $100. It’s a better deal. If your bubbles fall off in 3-6 months check you chemicals. You are destroying your cover. I monitor my levels and deal with California sun. Mine last a year every time.

Great for preventing evaporation
This is our second one. We live in SoCal and bought it mainly to keep from constantly needing to refill the pool due to evaporation. The last one lasted 2yrs before it started disintegrating. Once we took it off, I noticed the water level dropped very quickly and I needed to add water every 3-4days. It's only late April. I think you can only expect these covers to last 2yrs given the constant exposure to chlorine and sun.

Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping. It arrived 3 days earlier then expected. Well packed. Item is as described. We normally use the blue color solar cover, but this year I wanted to see if the clear really did make a difference with the temperature of the water. First day we put it on and it was 85 degrees outside. Water temp was about 50F degrees. In the evening we checked the water temperature and it was much warmer and warmed up much quicker then the blue color solar covers. There is also a diamond shaped bubble solar cover that they offer, but I really didn't think it was going to make a big deal, so I stuck with the round bubbles. The fit was perfect for our 18' round pool. No cutting involved as I have read some other reviews on different solar covers that many had to cut theirs to make it fit. Easy to put on the water and it flattens out on it's own. We had a storm roll through the other night, hence the reason for the debris on the cover. I would recommend this company and this solar cover. Warranty seems reasonable.

What a great product!
My pool has never been this warm! At first I was hesitant to make this purchase because I didn't believe a piece of plastic can heat up a pool. I've looked into hearing the pool from gas heaters to heaters mounted on the roof. I decided to give the solar blanket a try because it was within my budget. Before installing the solar blanket, the pool was 71 degrees which is too cold for swim. The first day after installing the solar blanket the pool climbed up to 74 degrees. The next couple of days the weather was in the high 80s. The pool climbed 76, 78, and 80. The highest it reached was 86. I would've never imagined my pool ever getting this warm without expensive equipment and a large utility bill. The solar blanket was easier to cut then I had thought. Used a new scissor and it sliced it like a hot knife through butter. The instructions and explanation of warranty was well written. I will definitely purchase this again!

Packaging was great. The product is awesome
Item arrived quickly, Packaging was great. The product is awesome. It has been on my pool for 2 weeks and has raised the water temperature significantly. As of this morning my water temperature was 92 degrees. I live in South Florida but the temp have been averaging about 76 degrees during the day and 60 at night this path month. My neighbors cant use their pool yet because it is still too cold. My wife thinks that our pool water will be too hot by next week If you get one make sure you get the reel. It makes it a heck of lot easier to cover and uncover the pool. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Update :May 10th, 2018. Wow. This item is great. My pool water is at 97 degrees. I have to take it off for a couple days to get the temp back to 90ish.

Great product, heats up the pool. Careful with pets and children, read our experienece
First off, I know it is only a HUGE sheet of bubble wrap but, this product works great. We live in Florida and our current in ground pool temperature has been 68 degrees because of the nights dropping into the low 60's. We pulled the sheet over on Tuesday afternoon. It is 7am Friday morning and our pool temperature is 74 degrees. The temperature looks like it is increasing 2 degrees a day. PLEASE READ THIS PART IF YOU HAVE PETS AND CHILDREN We did not trim it as it laid flat over the pool and deck. This turned out to be a mistake by us, our dog walked on the cover that was on the deck and proceeded onto the pool. We pulled our dog out and he is okay.We only allow our pets onto the deck when we are in the house and this is the first time he has been in the pool. We decided we still wanted to try the product so we cut it to fit inside the pool. It took us about ten minutes. Our dog has never tried to step on it again, after trimming it he realizes the difference between the pool and the deck. Our dog weighs 100lbs but he was floating on the top of the sheet so he was not in immediate danger but it was a shock.

Excellent solar cover! Raises pool water temps up to 10 degrees on a sunny day!!!
Love this solar cover for my pool. The contractor didn’t finish installing our inground pool till August 6th. We knew we wouldn’t have much time to enjoy it as fall was soon approaching. I purchased this solar cover after reading many reviews and I am so happy that I did. It increased our pool temperature by almost 10 degrees on sunny days. We were able to swim in our pool almost the entire month of October. Plus, it’s great to put on the pool before the landscaping crew gets here bc it keeps most of the grass clippings out of the pool water. We just slide the solar cover off and spray it down. It’s easy to roll up and store when not in use. On a side note, if you live in the southeast you will find lots of spiders underneath the solar cover. I guess they like the warmth it puts off. I suggest purchasing the clear solar cover so that you can see them before sticking your hands underneath to remove from the pool. Also, our lab fell in the pool within a week of putting the solar cover on. I happened to be outside when it happened. I guess bc of the bubbles on the solar panel, my lab just floated on the water “like she was laying on a raft”. It didn’t sink, trapping her in it. I was able to pull the solar cover towards me and get her out of the pool.

Perfect pool temp for babies
I received this mid-June in Nashville and our pool gets full sun all day. The two previous years our pool temperature only got to about 86° or higher a handful of times per year. I bought this to make the pool more comfortable for me and my 6 month old baby. The temperature is measured on our pool pump. The starting water temperature was 84° at 1:40pm. By 2:10pm it was 85° and by 3:40pm it was 86°. The next couple of days were rainy and cool (upper 60's at night) If you are in Nashville then you know our weather. By 6:00pm 2 days later the temp was 87°. The following day at 2:03pm it was 89° and by 4:07pm it was 90°!! We have now removed the pool cover and the temperature has stayed above 90° even with rain and the occasional cooler night. I would recommend this to anyone who needs their pool to be warmer for babies, and if you are a sissy like me and don't like to swim if the water has even a slight chill to it.

Works better than I expected.
I bought the big one 20'X40'. It arrived on time, well packaged. The material feels adequate; I.E. it doesn't feel cheap. I found it easy to trim. So, how good goes it work? A lot better than I expected. I put the cover on the pool at approximately 8am. The floating thermometer registered 62 degrees. By the end of the day, the pool registered 68 degrees. Please note that I am using a floating thermometer and the top layers of the water warm faster than the bottom layers. After about a week of use, and moderately cold weather the pool got to 72 degrees. Yesterday we had a nice, hot day the the thermometer registered 80 degrees. Before I got the cover no one in their right mind would have gone in the pool. Last weekend we had the family over and the pool was very popular. If this cover only lasts one season, I would be happy. I am a new pool owner without a lot of experience, so I had no idea on what to expect. But this was a good buy.
