Excellent Design and Construction
Very sturdy construction. My tablet fits securely in the holder and attaches well to a cymbal stand. The tablet mount is easy to adjust.

This is great, because you don't have to use the clamp
This is great, because you don't have to use the clamp. There is a threaded connector that screws in directly to the mic stand, where you would screw in the mic holder. Remove the mic holder and put the tablet holder in its place. Easy!

No corners
Bought this as a replacement for the Jamstands tablet holder that I'd had for 3yrs. One corner popped off getting out of my trunk for a gig. Like this holder better since there are no corners and even easier to secure a tablet and remove one. Hope this last just as long if not longer than the Jamstands one.

A holder that works!
made from steel and metal, the important parts work unlike many iPad holders on the web. great buy and great product!

The Neewar iPad holder is much better in all ways
This iPad mic stand holder is exactly what I needed. I had been using another holder for a few years, but always had some troubles with it: The tilt angle would not hold in place, the hold angle was very limited, and the holder was made to fit one iPad size only. The Neewar iPad holder is much better in all ways: It holds devices of several sizes. It holds my iPad very securely. It's easier to put on and take off the mic stand. The angle adjustments are more flexible and much more secure - once in place the iPad wont move unless you move it! I use the iPad holder frequently at rehearsals and performances, so I'm much happier now with an iPad holder that's easier to use and does everything I want it to do with little effort.

Drummer Used on Pro Tour
I'm a pro drummer and I used this on a pro tour. I stored this in the top portion of an SKB road case, the one with the insert that pulls out for bass drum pedal. I packed it in with two bass drum pedals and foamed it well each night, but the case got loaded just like every other ATA and road case in the trailer. It has held up and is now mounted in my studio on a mic stand for my private instruction business. I "endorse" this holder!

Solid support, easy setup, great price
This is my third iPad mic stand holder and my last. It connects and positions easily no matter how I have my mic stand set up. My iPad slips in with no fuss and secures just as easily. It even holds steady when enthusiastic drunks bump into the mic stand. The throat of the attachment screw is deep so it takes a while to screw down tight, but it doesn't budge once connected so the few extra seconds is well spent. I've had both the Peavey which was secure, but a pain to position with way too many moving parts. Eventually, the clasps failed and I had to Gorilla Tape them on. I also had an IK Multimeda which didn't last very long. Both the others were at least $10 more. This is a great iPad mount.

Holds my iPad in its slim case
I originally purchased an expensive K&M tablet holder but was unhappy so I purchased this one and have been very happy with it. It holds my iPad in its slim case (my case even has the cover that folds behind and this securely holds my iPad). A thick case would definitely not work as my slim case seems to barely (yet securely) fit under the knobs. One thing that is annoying is that it does not tighten to keep it from swiveling/turning, so when I tap my iPad to turn the page of music it can move the iPad, so I have to touch it lightly. I’m going to try to find a thin felt washer or a couple metal washers that could possibly help the issue to allow me to tighten that adjustment to keep the iPad from swiveling when I touch it. I have the 9.7” iPad and the first picture shows how much extra room I have if both “arms” are fully extended. The 2nd picture shows how my iPad in its slim case barely fits under the knobs. The 3rd picture shows that it holds my iPad well even when upside down and even when I give it a couple good shakes. The iPad stays securely in the holder. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase. UPDATE: A friend showed me how to fix the one issue I was having with it wanting to swivel when I tap the iPad to change pages. All it took was loosening the bottom screw, put the iPad in place, then tighten the screw (not sure why I didn’t figure that out on my own, lol).

If you need to sing or read charts, get this
A brilliantly engineered product, it took no more than a minute the first time to get my iPad perfectly positioned on a mic stand. It's totally secure and light enough that there's no risk of the stand becoming imbalanced. Finally, it can be packed into a compact space for easy transport. Highly recommended!
