This is the perfect stand for my first time music student daughter. She is in fourth grade and can easily take this apart and put it back together again, easily goes back and forth to school because it folds so compactly.

I'm giving this 5-stars, not as it's the best music stand I ever owned, rather as it is very well made, doesn't wobble around, adjusts easily, and locks down for travel to a very small package. This is a great music stand to take along when traveling and, for the price, I recommend it highly.

wife is a music teacher and shes says they are perfect for her and her students

Got this for my granddaughter & she loves it. She used to have to put it on a desk or dresser & that was too uncomfortable for her. She says it's now easier for her to see her music while she's playing her guitar.

For the price this stand works well. Clearly it is about $30 cheaper than other more sturdy stands. It is pretty flimsy but I was expecting that based on its price. It holds folder and papers well but if you have a binder or heavy book, this is not the stand for you. For lite use I’d highly recommend it. It also folds easily for transportation and comes with a small soft case. I am happy with this stand and it met my expectations.

I liked the stand for several reasons not least of which was its' low cost. It is light to carry and is easily adjustable for height or direction. It I definitely worth the money and I expect to get many years of service out of it.You need not worry about any problems, it well engineered.

My son needed it for a concert but then they were never used. Ended up wanting to return but my dad who plays the mandolin saw how low it could go and loved how it held on to the pages so well so he kept it. He loves how sturdy it is and that he can put it in the case for classes. Great product

My wife and I perform as a duo primarily at assisted living and nursing homes. Usually we have a fairly large amount of gear that we transport including a larger music stand. We were invited to a breakfast celebrations at one of the locations we play at where they were giving awards to the volunteers and entertainers. We offered to do a couple of numbers with just the Acoustic guitar and un-miked voices for a brief sing along for their residents before we had to head home. For this we wanted a smaller music stand. I found the Tetra-Teknica stand and from the description it sounded perfect for our needs. Once we received it we were impressed by the construction and it will be our go to stand when we have to do similar small performances. The only minor nit is that it is a little tight getting it into the protective bag sometimes, but that is very minor. If we needed another music stand in the future we would definitely buy this one again.

This is very easy for my daughter to put up and take down. It is sturdy for her different folders and books. She finds it lightweight and easy to carry in it own bag!

surprisingly sturdy. Folds up nicely and fits in it's little carry back. This has been very handy for taking to neighborhood jams.
