The most convenient thing is the swiveling handle. I'm sure you must hear that frequently. It makes storage so easy. I've been intending to get a peel for some time now, and I'm glad to have one that I am this happy with. The least convenient thing is the lack of an assembly diagram, or even a picture. I spent some time figuring out which way the handle attached. It became a family affair, but we figured it out. I have pizza here when the grandcdhildren come to visit. Sturdy good quality

I overall love this. I don’t have room for a big ole thing to shove somewhere I love the folding. I might be picky here but I will say I anticipated it to be less “work” to unscrew or screw meaning you can’t just give it a turn. You really have to turn it a lot before collapsing. It’s not a big deal and you only do it once when using. Just didn’t expect. It’s veru sturdy and glad I purchased it. Used once and was lovely

No more burned wrists!!

I am now elderly. Getting a pizza (homemade) into and out of the oven was getting harder all the time. I could get it into the oven, most of the time. But, I had to ask my son, who moved in with me to care for me, to get it out of the oven. I hate to do that as I am quite independent. When I saw the pizza peels on Amazon, I quickly got the Pomodoro peel. It had great reviews and had a ridge on the back to hold the pizza on the peel. I used it for the first time this week and I love it. No more burned wrists on me or my son!!

Convenience is key, easy to store and clean, also very sturdy.

Even though the handle is easily detachable, this feels solid in your hand. I haven't had any problems sliding a pie into the iven, or pulling something out. The detachable handle is great as you can just unscrew the finger nut, and put the aluminum into the dishwasher.

I purchases this as a gift for my son's birthday and he likes it, His family love a good pizza so will have fun making pizza at home and this pizza peel will make it so easy to do. It is made very well and is foldable so easy to store without taking so much room. I did quite a bit of searching for the best pizza peel and this looks to be it. I also liked that it is in a box so nice to wrap and give as a gift.

Just Right

My order came very quickly. The peel is very sturdy - doesn’t seem like it will warp or collapse under a heavy load of, say, 10 grain bread. I love that the handle folds out of the way for storage. It also has a loop if you’d prefer to hang it. I’m happy with the way the handle is easy to extend or fold. I don’t see the problem that others have mentioned, but then maybe I’m easier to please than some. This is exactly the product I wanted. I’m very pleased with it.

Sturdy, easy to clean and works well

Ordered a wood fired pizza oven and needed a pizza slider. The one that came with our pizza oven was bulky and did not fit anywhere. This one can actually fold the handle in which majes it more convenient for storage. Have used this multiple times and it is not loose or unsturdy. It cleans easy, packs away nicely and works well with moving pizzas in and out of the oven.

Fantastic

This is a terrific tool. I do not use it for pizza but for bread. The quality is great, it is sturdy and looks wonderful. I don't know how people have had issues. Flour or parchment so items don't stick and don't screw the handle tightly like you're working on a car... common sense is not a flower that grows in everyone's garden.

Easy to slide homemade pizza and made very well

We bought a pizza oven and the pan that came with it didn’t have a long handle so it was hard to turn pizza while in the fire. But with this one it is perfect! Being that my husband is Italian and can be picky he gives it 5 stars as well!! Very easy to clean and since the handle can fold down storage is no problem as well.

DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER! :-X It clearly states this on the back of the package, but I did not see it prior to use the first time. It worked amazing and the pizzas slid right off onto my steel, but after washing it didn't provide the same non stick surface. I really like the way it folds down into a functional size. I can't blame them for my negligence.
