Great product, great customer service!

I own at least 5 of these in different colors! There are the best!!! As a busy work-at-home mom of two I love that when the baskets are not in use they can be stashed away, but also that I can fill them up with multiple loads of laundry at a time. We also use the baskets when we travel. They are great for the last minute things you need to grab when bags are already packed or bedding/towels for a weekend getaway. And if you return with less than you departed with, simply collapse the basket to save space. (Or, if you have Grandparents out of town, bring an empty collapsed basket around the holidays to bring back Christmas presents ; ) ) Also, the customer service that we have received directly from CleverMade was absolutely incredible and made me even happier that I ALREADY tell all my friends about these baskets.

Amazing but could be a little more "Clever" in terms of hygiene

This tote is incredible in terms of how large and durable it is. But there are some design flaws which are minor: The elastic band at the bottom is great to hold the bag together when it's folded but the problem is, if you're using this a lot and put it down on the ground, the parking lot, in public etc, the strap will sit at the bottom exterior of the bag and will make contact with things you don't want to touch. So unless you're just using it inside your house or always transporting it to clean area, I see no reason to touch that strap after its in contact with so many filthy surfaces. I don't know if the bag is machine washable because there seems to be hard plastic parts inside the construction for making collapse. But there is no way to clean the bag other than to wipe it down; and certainly, there is no way to rinse or wash that strap. I would suggest Clevermade somehow change the position of the strap and also add some long handles for over the shoulder carrying (in addition to keeping the short handles) as well. It would also be nice to have a zip flap lid to keep your items protected from rain, etc or from spilling out.

Sturdy tote, truly compacts, sturdy handles, holds a lot.

These are GREAT!! I got a couple to help move into college thinking they could double as a laundry bag, shopping or beach bag, or general storage once everything arrived at the dorm. They are sturdy and like that the handle cording goes all the way down the side. They open very easily and close almost as fast to a truly compact neatly contained flat. They even have little knob feet which is a plus even though they don’t keep the bottom completely off the ground when filled. I got them in this beach blue and and some in black. After using the first three, I came back for three more! They are so easy to store if I’m not using them. Solved a lot of needs. Recommend!

Perfect size, Well made sturdy collapsible Tote

We used the totes to transport all of my mothers belongings from hospital to rehab and home. 30 gallon is the perfect size. Not so large it will be too heavy to carry or manuever is tight hospital rooms. Sturdy, love that it collapses for storage. Nice looking bags so Mom can travel in style. Typically the nursing home rehab likes to throw all of Mom's stuff in clear garbage bags everytime she leaves. Super nice touch on their part :(. But these bags make me happy. The last 10 months mom has struggled with sepsis and ventilators. She has dramatically improved. And throughout this feeling of no control and tremendous stress, having control over at least Mom's belongings gives this female some joy. These bags are a steal at 20$ Bought 3, love them.

Amazing, Versatile Tote!

Was looking for a compact, collapsible tote/hamper/folded laundry tote for my daughter who will have to fly out to college. This one is perfect! It collapses to save on space, stands upright to serve as a hamper and has enough room to fold washed laundry and carry it back to her dorm room. I was so thrilled with it, I ordered some for my other in-college daughter who is nearby. This one seems very sturdy. It also can be wiped down, if it should happen to get dirty. I can ship this folded tote out to my daughter or send it in her checked baggage. Far-Away at college poses many challenges, but this tote has solved quite a few problems.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this product seem sturdy and hoping will hold up. I love they collapse to almost flat ~ 1.5" in size when collapsed, I love the size, I love the handles, I love they are fairly firm when opened. . .I love these Baskets. I use them to bring my clothes and other items in and out of our RV when getting ready for a trip and when I return home to carry items back in the house - perfect and hold heavy items too. Give them your money NOW!

I have a special needs child situation at home and I legit have to wash a minimum of 3 loads of clothes every single day, often as many as 6 or 7 in a day. I have had laundry hampers and laundry baskets coming out the wazoo forever! Bought 5 of these (3 to start, 2 more when I got the first and fell in love). Now, in those super rare moments when all the laundry is washed, dried, folded & put away, I just fold these back down like they were when they arrived and they go under the corner of the bed or between the washer and dryer. In the event I need to fill with wet items, a tall kitchen garbage bag fits perfectly as a 'liner'. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The PERFECT tote!

This tote is huge! Yet it folds flat and takes up very little room in our RV closet. I use it to transfer laundry from the RV to the laundry room at the campgrounds. It holds all my dirty laundry and detergent too. I didn’t like the idea of taking my actual hamper to the laundry room. This tote has plastic feet on the bottom so it doesn’t sit on the ground of the laundry room and I can easily wipe it down if needed. It’s also a great tote to assist with loading and unloading the RV with food, clothes, etc. Love this tote!! BEST purchase ever!

TERRIFIC PURCHASE! VERY STURDY,, WELL-CONSTRUCTED CADDY

I adore this laundry caddy! I keep it by the clothes hamper upstairs, and, when I'm ready to do laundry, I toss everything into the caddy and carry it downstairs to the laundry room. I used to bundle it all into my arms and then navigate down the stairs, trying to see over the bundle - dangerous!! This is so freeing, and safe, and fun! It love it. It's a beautiful, sturdy bag, the sides stay upright when you load it, and it folds great for storage until ready to use again.

I LOVE this laundry bag!! I bought a second right away.

It has a hard shell inside that locks together when the bag is open and makes the bag stand up straight. When not in use, it folds up really small and slides under my bed. This bag really does carry two loads which is surprising because it holds a lot more than you think it will. The bag distributes the weight in a way that makes carrying it even when it’s really heavy easier and it feels less bulky than other bags.
