One of my favorite products. The flavor is really good. It does taste like watermelon. It's perfect for my taste. Not too sweet. I like to get it ready and put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes before my workout . It's kind of slushie by the time I drink it. I love it. Does it work for me? Yes, it totally helps me to recover faster after intense workouts. I don't feel as sore as I used to. I bought this one because I ran out of the BPI Best amino (that's my #1) and I liked it.

Works effectively especially on 50+ athletes.

I love using this product. As an over 50 year old weight lifter and recovery is always a challenge. For the first time, my muscles are actually staying in between rest periods and I believe in great part to this product. I didn't change my eating and I still workout 6 days per week so - adding this - and seeing the growth is encouraging. I'd recommend it!

Love it!

Everything I wanted in a daily supplement pre/post workout. Thermogenic, but never felt jittery or had palpitations like some other caffeinated supplements. Great drink to start your morning

This product works great for me, I get more than enough caffeine throughout my day. I've notice a slight decrease in weight without changing up my routine, the taste is good for my first drink in the morning, I remake it up right after I drink it so it is chilled and ready for the next morning.

This is the Best thermo/ BCAA & thermo I've taken. I take this as soon as I wake up for morning cardio, and once after breakfast to get me to lunch. Good energy supply, and great taste!

great flavor

this snow cone flavor is by far one of the best flavors of supplements on the market. while not overly huge on bcaas in general I do use these from time to time. They also make a great summer drink for mixing with a ice shaving machine. I also do like that they added the grains of paradise to the ingredients, there has been some research with this ingredients in the past with some pretty good results. I like seeing supplement companies breaking away form tradition and trying new ingredients.
