In all of my years of shopping on Amazon, I have never written a review...until now! I LOVE this chair! I transitioned from a job where I was on my feet all day to a job where I was seated all day. Within weeks, I had intense lower and upper back pain to the point of painkillers and doctor visits. I purchased this chair as a Hail Mary hoping for any kind of relief. Day 1: The first few hours were tough, but I could gradually feel my back pain subsiding. By the afternoon, my back pain was gone. I had to keep getting up (as my usual routine) and stretching to see if it was in my head or for real. At the end of my shift, I had zero back pain and no sign of any soreness anywhere on my body. When I left work, I noticed that I was walking taller and felt more relaxed. On the car ride home, I noticed that I was sitting taller and my back didn't even touch the back of my seat. That evening, I went to do my usual arm and shoulder stretches (which previously hurt but helped with my back) and I felt nothing! It was amazing! Day 2: I awoke waiting for my usual jabs of pain and was pleasantly surprised that there was still no pain and I slept like a baby for the first time in years! On my car ride to work, I noticed that when I naturally went back to my usual seated position, my back showed small signs of my normal pain, but the second I sat up in the position my chair had trained me on the previous 8 hour day, it immediately went away. A second day of 8 hours on this chair and I was still completely pain free! If you work from a desk daily and suffer from back pain and are at the point of pain killers and doctors, you NEED to try this chair. It is SO worth the money! I will buy these for the rest of my working life! A lifetime of pain free working is worth this $$!

Perfect fit

This chair is lightweight and very comfortable and is a perfect height for my desk at work. when I travel, my co-workers steal it to sit on while I'm away!

Excellent chair. I waited too long to get one of these. My back feels much better and it is actually more comfortable than my old office chair! Only downside are the wheels. They are very basic. Easily fixed and I ordered some really good wheels online and now this is truly the best chair I have had to date.

PharMeDoc balance ball chair is comfortable

I work from home and wanted this chair to exercise in on my breaks or lunch time. The first day I could only sit for halve the day. The next day almost till the end of work. But NOW I can sit all day and every day. I also use it for leg and core excercis! I love my balance ball chair!

Easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in

This chair came in a very timely manner and was super easy to put together. A simple 4 steps and away I went. The hardest part was hand pumping the exercise ball but even that didn’t take very long. No tools required to put it together - everything you need comes in the box. It’s comfortable as a chair and the ball can be taken off and used for exercise! I never review anything so you know if I took the time to figure out how to review something I thought it was dang good. I like it a lot and anyone who comes in my office and tries it has said the same. Would totally recommend buying this. 100% satisfied.

Questions answered.

It's working well for me. I've had it for almost two weeks now and haven't had to blow the ball up again even once. A little on pressure on the back from time to time is fine. I am 5'8'' and found I didn't need the leg extenders so I plan to return those(separate purchase). The chair did not come with assembly instructions but there was a chat online option and all questions were answered within minutes. They were even willing to purchase a set of the leg extenders(from a different company) to help me figure out how to install or remove them(when needing to transport the chair in its box). They went over and above for customer satisfaction.

nice chair

it doesn't come with a support bar but I have no problems needing one. 2 of my coworker fell off but they also didn't sit down on it correctly. Have to sit directly on top of it not half way, like if you were sitting on the edge of a chair. I feel a little more alert while using it. haven't felt any difference in my back but again my back pain could be from my bed and not my work chair. it nice and comfy to sit on. I'm 5 ft so the height is perfect for me. I'd but another.

These chairs are great! I bought two of these to replace hard uncomfortable computer desk chairs and I'm so happy I did! I was worried after reading the reviews about it not having the metal bar holding the ball in place but it's not an issue at all. When the ball is pushed in, it's in there snug! And they are super comfortable to sit on. If it doesn't feel right take the ball out and adjust the amount of air in it until it's good for you. It's super easy. They were very easy to assemble (less than 5min each) as well and they did come with the small hand pumps. The only thing I can say on the negative side about these chairs is that the balls are smaller than actual exercise ones. But I didn't buy them to exercise with. And If they were the same size as those I doubt it would fit nicely under my desk so it's fine with me!

I love this chair

I love this chair. I have lower back problems and sitting in a regular chair is very uncomfortable. I can sit for extended times because the ball conforms to my anatomy. I am 5'3" and it fits me well. My friend, however, is only 5'0" and her feet do not reach the ground so it doesn't work for her, so your height is important to making it work.
