Bakes up a beautiful cake. I purchased the 10-15 cup Anniversary pan. The benefit of this pan is no batter overflow. The edges of you cake won't burn or get crunchy because the cake rose too close to the top of the pan. It's a heavyweight pan. The little handles are a real plus when removing from oven and turning out of pan. This pan releases easily; even with a cake coming right out of the oven. No pieces of your cake left around the ring. . No need to grease and flour the pan. I used a cooking spray, but I think this pan would release easily without it. It bakes a beautiful looking cake. Worth the money

Best Bundt Pan ever!! My first Bundt cake was a complete success - oil and dusted pan with flour before adding ingredients - came out like a feather - I would highly recommend-works perfectly every time - secret: crisco or oil pan well; post cooking, let cool 10 min - with knife carefully go around edges (don't scratch your pan!!) , turn upside down and tap on bottom. Falls out like a feather !!!

I have both the Pro Cast 12-cup original Bundt pan and this more expensive Platinum Collection 10 - 15 cup original Bundt pan. The Platinum one is thicker, consistently bakes more evenly, and is just better. If you are going to make a lot of Bundt cakes and can afford it, buy the Platinum one. If you want to spend less, the Pro Cast one is almost as good. It just does not bake as evenly.

Well this pan was a dream to use! I followed the manufacturers directions about using shortening and flour to coat the pan. When the cake was done, I set it sit in the pan for 10 minutes. The instant I inverted the pan to remove the cake, it fell out instantly, no shaking the pan or banging it on the counter, the release was immediate and the detail was beautiful! I took the first cake from this pan to a party and everyone raved about it. It was a boxed chocolate cake mix with bailey's irish cream glaze. It was fabulous! I would recommend this pan without reservation. It is a very heavy pan and it washed up in seconds. I doubt I will ever need to buy another bundt pan. LOVE IT!

I received my pan and notice some scratching of the surface on both sides. I contacted the company for an exchange as I saw all the great reviews of this product. The company not only sent me a replacement pan before I had a chance to send the old one back. But, It was a few days before Christmas and the new one arrived on the 24th to my complete surprise. I did not ask for rush shipping or to have the replacement by a certain time, however, I got it just in time for my holiday dessert. I've found the pan to be well made, non-stick and the easiest clean up ever. I am really impressed with the company and its product and look forward to buying additional items in the near future. I'm very proud it is American made!

I love the big 15 cups size of this pan. I have several smaller 10-12 cup Bundt pans that always have overflow problems no matter which recipe I use, but overflowing batter is not a problem with this hefty 15 cup pan. All the batter stays in the pan during baking, and the top/bottom domes beautifully. The sides of the cake come out golden and not overcooked, and the cake popped right out of the pan. I sprayed it liberally with floured cooking spray first, and not a crumb was left in the pan when I turned the cake out. So 15 cup Bundt is a great pan. I wish I had purchased it years ago. When baking a Bundt cake It is much better for the pan to be too big than too small.

This is my third Nordic Ware purchase, and based on the other two pans I have (the large Easter bunny cake and the large snowman cake) I expected this to be much heavier. It's not going to startle you if you lift it with one hand. Like all Nordic Ware, it's impeccably made. The quality of this pan far out weighs any competitor Bundt. Including the very light weight colored aluminum Nordic Ware pans. (I saw one in person at a retail store and it just DOES. NOT. COMPARE.) This baked beautifully and once fully cooled (I used a wire rack to help with that) the cake released effortlessly. That was the thing I was most worried about! A good coat of cooking spray and a complete cool on a wire rack produced the most beautiful Bundt I'd ever seen. Now I am on a mission to make at least one Bundt cake a month!

I had to buy my wife a new bundt pan after I was a little rough on hers. Google "bundt pan chicken" to find an amazing technique to bake a bird. My experiment left some funky residues in her pan and she didn't want her next cake to taste like chicken and potatoes, so I claimed ownership of the old one and bought her this new one. But now I wish I'd worked harder to clean the old one and kept this one for myself (not really...one way we've stayed happily married for 29ish years is by not keeping the good stuff for myself). Anyway, this new pan is far superior to the old one that I wrecked. It's bigger (holds more volume) and the walls are thicker and heat more evenly. The only thing that I would warn about is that the abnormally thick walls in this pan will hold the heat longer and will continue to cook the contents longer after you remove it from the oven. Be careful about over baking and/or remove your cake as soon as you can to let it cool.

I love this bundt pan. It's a little on the heavy side, but I'm also used to cheaper, thinner styles that don't work as well as this one. My daughter and I have used it to bake a couple of cakes and have been very happy with the evenness of the baking and the ease of clean-up afterward. I have to confess that I'm used to non-stick cook- and bake-ware which aren't actually non-stick, but with this pan, the cakes were so easy to slide out after baking, with very minimal sticking (mostly at the edges where I hadn't added the flour or grease) and amazingly easy cleanup. My cakes looked beautiful, and so far Nordic Ware is definitely living up to its reputation. .

I love how much this holds and how well made it is. I have been looking for a bundt pan for about a year or two now. Mine (quality silicone} was getting worn and I wanted to replace it with one I would like as much. Part of the issue was being a bit over and sort of underwhelmed by the choices. The metal ones I looked at around town seemed on the flimsy side and I wasn't convinced how well they would cook and release. I wasn't seeing any silicone options that looked viable. I was uncertain of the quality of the ones I saw on line and often when I thought I might be close reviews would be mixed with a lot of the negative information convincing me to keep looking. But then this started popping up and reviews looked overwhelmingly positive with anything negative was not outweighing the positive. It seemed to be what I was looking for; well made, simple easy clean but elegant design, and large. I was able to make the equivalent of two large bread pans of zucchini bread in this. I followed pan instructions for use and I used Baker's cooking spray (research & I think pan instructions are specific about using baking spray not cooking spray. I read cooking spray can damage finish and make it gummy.) Research said let bread rest 10-15 minutes after removing from oven then immediately turn onto cooling rack. It slid out like a dream and was absolutely perfect.
