I was tired of making do with a kitchen trash can, it seemed out of place on my patio and was a depressing eyesore. For the longest time, I salivated over the beautiful receptacles in the front gate catalogue, but could not bring myself to pay hundreds (yes, really!) of dollars for a *trash can*. Most trash receptacles in my budget were fake wicker and just as hideous as my kitchen bin, so I was ecstatic to discover this keter. I like how the bin has a removeable ring around the top to keep the ba from falling in (one of my pet peeves). The resin is a deep, rich brown, and looks and feels much more expensive than it is.

Previously I owned the Suncast version of the plastic indoor/outdoor garbage can. In brown and then in the lighter beige/sand. Both of them had issues with the flip top breaking off and both were nearly impossible to remove the bag from without a snag. We dreaded a full bag. My husband would use swear words when pulling it out. But we have greyhounds - tall dogs with pointy snouts perfect for can work. So I came across this one as a replacement. I also hate the look of an ugly can sitting in our kitchen and the smell of garbage lingering in a cabinet - no way. I also like to be able to clean my garbage cans with ammonia once or twice a month to sanitize. So I bought 2 of these to replace what was left of our last set-up, moved to a bigger place with a bigger kitchen. Bought 2. LOVE them. Holy cow the full bag just glides out! No potty mouth, no ripped bags, no pulling things out to try and pry the bag out (which is all kinds of awful). Glides... beautiful. Top is heavy enough to prevent a snout breach and if I desire, the top will stay open during a two handed disposal moment. And they look great. No escaping odors, no parts that I know will break over time and the design actually matches my personal kitchen but a remodeled one maybe not so much. Only drawback - would love to see more "modern" colors available but that's on me, not the can. The can is perfect. Bought one for garbage, another for recyclables. 33 gallon bags fit perfect with enough excess to always allow a clean tie up. Well worth the price. As for the handles, it took 30 seconds to put them on but I like that I could change to match my decor if I decided to.

This looks to be a good well built trash can. The handle is heavy with a nice solid feel to it. I will be using this trash can on our deck. The lid stays open to help when changing the back out. When the lid is closed you cannot see the trash bag. The can has some weight to it but a strong gust of wind could easily knock it over. Once I positioned the trash can on our deck I poured a bag of pea stone into the bottom before inserting a trash bag. The added weight of the stone means the trash is not likely to be knocked over unless the wind is very strong. The stone is about three inches in height and does not interfere with the trash bags.

Bought this outdoor waste receptacle along with a hose stand in dk brown, an olive green garden hose, dk brown mailbox, and a brass "poop deck" plaque and made my own pet waste station in the backyard. Very high quality and looks great in the backyard. Love it!

I don’t know how I didn’t realize 30 gal trash cans were a thing until now. I’ve been missing out on life using the stupid puny 13 gallon ones until a month ago when I ordered this one. I’m in awe. It’s awesone. It’s pretty. It’s light weight, yet study. And it holds so much more trash! You need this.

Works perfectly for recycling. I've been looking for a nice looking container for my kitchen to put recycles in. I looked a long time for a stainless steel one that was large, thinking it would look the best, but they were too expensive. Thought this one looked nice, didn't take up a lot of space, and would hold a lot. I line it with a large garbage can liner, and the way it is set up, you do not see the liner, which always bothered me if it hung out, thought it looks sloppy if the container is out in the open, but thats just me. With the way this container is set up, the liner does not show, it is all tucked in. You would not have to use a liner, but using one keeps it cleaner, I don't have to clean it at all, except dust the top once in awhile.

I had reservations about this, but it is everything we were looking for. We'd begun using 30 gallon bags in our 13 gallon kitchen trash bin since our family is like many others - building garbage pyramids on top so as to see who can throw everything away without having to be the person that actually takes out the trash. This thing looks great, is light weight, and can be easily cleaned. The snap ring on top keeps the bag from falling through and you can make use of a 30 gallon bag without having to empty the trash over and over. It's much taller than a normal kitchen can, fits snugly in the corner, has a nice flat top, and doesn't cost a fortune like smaller, stainless cans. Thinking about purchasing another for the back patio by the grill.

I love this garbage can. It was a compromise purchase at first. My boyfriend had a 30 gallon can that you would put on the curb in the kitchen. Can we say bachelor? He liked it because of the 30 gallon part. I found this and decided to go for it. I know it seems more like a can that you would have outside on a patio, but it looks really nice inside too. I wasn't sure the first day I had it in there, but now I am so happy I bought this. It doesn't look like a 30 gallon can, so it doesn't look obnoxious sitting in a kitchen. Its about the same height as my countertops, maybe a little shorter. It's just one of those things that seems like it should have always been there. A nice bonus is that the lid will stay open if you're cleaning and are going to be throwing things away often. My only gripe (which may make me sound like a baby) is that I had to put the handle on myself. The box it came in was gigantic and could have accommodated the handle already being attached. I'm not rich and not poor but if I paid almost $70 for a trash can, I'm going to expect it to not have "some assembly required". LOL. I'm questioning my ridiculousness right now.

We recently moved into a newer, nicer home and thought our recycle cans were distracting & unsightly (see my before & after pic). I’d looked at a stainless steel combo set, but it was more than $200, had reviews that it arrived dented and they didn’t hold much, so I thought these would be winners. They are. The color & handles match our kitchen perfectly and while they’re big, they’re much more subtle than what we had before. Now, they are huge. They’re 30 gallons which is almost as big as many outdoor garbage cans (the ones I use for yard waste are 33 gallons). This worked perfectly for our situation since we have a ton of recycling. We can fill one for about 2 weeks for regular recycling and have only filled the glass one once in the several weeks we’ve had these. Just make sure you measure the area you plan to put these to ensure they’ll fit. They come nearly assembled, you just need to screw the handle on, which was easy. There’s a removable frame you can fold a garbage bag over to hold it nicely in place. These are very sturdy and it looks like the inside is water-tight so you probably don’t need to worry about any liquids leaking out. They perfectly met our needs and I’m very pleased with them. They’ve worked perfectly for us and I highly recommend them.

This came assembled, the handle I had to screw in. I put it on my porch with my yard work stuff. I call it my mini storage garage. I put a trash bag Liner inside to take care of the inside. Great inexpensive storage. Style 100% Color 100% Quality 100% On Point!! Happynana
