Though the recommended hook is an H 5.00 mm, it is a nice thinner yarn that is one step above lace yarn. It is ideal yarn for kimonos and larger projects rather than smaller ones because the colors are yards long inbetween transitions.

Gorgeous Yarn

I used this yarn to make a baby blanket with the crochet pattern of "Dancing Dragonflies" and it turned out beautifully!

Pretty Colors

Got this as an add on item for less than $4.00 so it was a great deal. There was enough yarn to crochet a whole small triangle scarf which was also great. The color changes were dramatic but flowed well. I now prefer this mandala yarn to the Caron Cakes as it is a bit thinner, softer, and also washes up better.

Colors are Bright and Yarn feels GREAT!

Used this for simple finger knitting for a group of 7 year olds and it works great! The colors are vibrant and the yarn feels great! Would definitely buy again. Going to try it on a loom next.
