Works great and looks new

Works great and looks new. Screen is perfectly new ,but if you look with a magnifier you can tell little wear ,but looks completely new. Battery life is normal, you should just go buy back up battery since it is 2800mAH. They also sent me new USB because I asked them for a new one that is 3.0. I bought the white one.

Unlocked or not ? You replace battery or not?

The phone seems to be fine other than no where in any of the sellers descriptions of the phone do they say that the phone is unlocked. So I have no idea if it is or not. The battery life from the very first is horrible. The battery is not efficient at all. In my opinion if you but something like a cellular phone the battery should be brand new, this one was definitely not. Even the white dot on battery that is supposed to detect and indicate moisture was PINK when it arrived. You dropped the ball on the battery boys.

3 Days Early-In Perfect Condition

My s5 arrived 3 days early in exactly the condition the seller promised. It may have one or two minor scratches on the screen, but otherwise, it is in perfect condition. It works like new, and came as promised with a 90 day guarantee and charging cable.

Great value for a very popular phone

Phone was in great shape and has worked well. I did invest in a new battery with a 3 year warranty. The supplied battery was OK, and performed about 80% as well as the brand new one did. I would do it again. Recommend buying/installing SD memory expansion right away. Original phone with 16GB is nearly full with standard software and apps when it arrives.

A New Way to Buy a Top of the Line Smart Phone!!

Top notch service. The phone arrived several days earlier than expected. And I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This phone rocks. I love it. It's no different than a brand new phone. But it's a top quality phone at a very reasonable price. Yes, it's an older phone, but it's still better than a cheap newer phone at the same price. Trust me I know. The newer budget phones are very cheap and you get what you pay for. Sure, this phone doesn't come with the latest android version, but who cares. There's nothing wrong with the marshmallow version, 6.0.1. Besides, this phone is still being supported with the latest security firmware to keep your phone protected. So if you're down with an excellent quality phone and are not so much concerned with having the latest model, then this is the way to go. One word of advice, the phone I received has a slot for a micro SIM card. If you're like me, and your SIM card is a nano version, then you'll need to get an adapter. I bought this Sadapter 999765-SNCA Nano SIM to Micro SIM Card Adapter - Retail Packaging - Gray for only $8.99. You can get it before the phone comes in and you'll be good to go when it arrives.

My current Samsung Galaxy S5 broke and I wanted a cheap replacement. This came in very quickly, was perfect looking no scratches or dents, and works great. Better then the old phone did! Would definitely recommend this product and this seller!!!

Dependable, compact Smartphone

The Samsung SM-G900V - Galaxy S5 delivers all the performance I need in a Smartphone, at a price that's a small fraction of the S10's. It's display is vibrant and clear, while its onboard audio is amazing. My only quibble would be that its battery life might come in a bit shorter than I'd hoped, but charging it for an hour every other day hasn't been that big of an issue. It also seems pretty future proof, at least based on what my limited expectations are for a Smartphone.

This was a great purchase, phone arrived in 2 days, it looked and operates like it was brand new. The whole process was quick, easy and affordable. I won't be buying new phones if these type of refurbished phones are available at reasonable prices.
