little boys and dress pants don't usually mix; however these pants are perfect! My son is rough and his clothes ( to put it mildly), and these pants rock with their reinforced knees and stain releasing quality. Also this is the only brand I can buy at the beginning of the school year for our super tall skinny kid that lasts the whole school year. They have plenty of well placed fabric so you can let the length down for height growth, and they have the adjustable waists that some of the older kids sizes that other brands don't have. After many many Washings these pants still look brand new ! Bottom line... Buy four pairs of dickies uniform pants for school and no more late nights running to target for uniform pants that never last.

Nice, good fitting pants

I bought these for my very slim 14 year old son for school uniform pants. I love the way they fit him, he is tall and very thin, the size 18 is slightly loose in the waist, but not loose enough to require a belt, he hates to wear belts, but the length is great. as it is hard to find him pants that fit around his waist and length. They are also well made. I would recommend these to anyone that needs pants for someone tall and thin as my son.

Fantastic uniform pants

My very tall 8 year old needed uniform pants for his Montessori environment. They are always on the move with most of their activities on the floor. These pants continue to look new after many wears and washes.

Great pants for the money!

These are sturdy and slim - they keep looking pressed even when left on the bedroom floor overnight. My son is super slim and they fit great - kind of high waisted, so if you have a kid who wants to wear everything super low, these won't work. They looked great for the orchestra concert, which was the goal. Also used as a costume piece on a very petite 14 year old girl.

Quality and fit.

As a school uniform for my very slim grandson. Around his waist is 1 inch and a half to large. I need to know how to return it. Thete is no invoice in the package so I don't even know where to send it back for credit to my acct.

Perfect true to size my 8 year old was in a 7 and added hit a growth spurt I ordered an eight and they are lengthy and color matches his old uniform pants perfectly!

I was super surprised to find dickies for under 5 dollars

okay so I was looking for cheap uniform pants. I looked everywhere, I was super surprised to find dickies for under 5 dollars, I thought this was some sort of dream. Well I ordered 8 pairs of size 18, I was super afraid that they weren't going to fit me, when they arrived I didn't hesitate to open them, but when I tried a pair on I was blown away, out of those 8 pairs ive only been wearing 2, havent worn any other kind of pants that i own, they are that good, I know these pants will last me a long time, I am glad I stocked up before they sold out!!!

Very sturdy pants. I bought them for my son for school. The first pair I bought lasted almost the entire school year. The first area to show wear N tear were the knees. My son is a slim seven so I took in a little on the waist, the pants had good length.
