I've seen these before, my Aunt was doing it a few years ago but wasn't very interested. My sister in law sent me a larger one and I loved using it. I went out and bought this set so I could make smaller gauge things too. I like how the yarn glides on the looms and have made several things with it. I love this technique, it's a lot easier than when I loomed about 20yrs ago, so much easier! Hey ya older ladies, give it a try, you won't believe how much more easy it is!

I Love this set...though I've only used the largest so far for hats. I've made three hats so far. I thought the large loom would be much too big for the hats, however I think once you've knitted your hat, it could stand to be a little bigger for a more relaxed fit. The needle that was included keeps separating from the rubber grip, but I think this could easily be fixed with superglue, though I haven't tried that yet. I figure the loom hooks are pretty cheap in stores, so I'll just pick up a new one. The pegs are sturdy, I tend to knit tight, and I love the bumps at the end because the yarn doesn't easily fall off. I would definitely recommend this to others, especially those new to loom knitting, as this was also my first try. I watched Youtube tutorials to make different hats and didn't bother with the instructions given.

This set is amazing. If you go to stores like Walmart, Target or Kmart, you will leave with most likely the two smaller looms, each one costing about 10-13 dollars. Big craft places like Michaels sells them for like 15, and the bigger looms for 20+ dollars. For less than 20 dollars, you get 4 looms, a guide and a hook, that is an amazing deal. I know this sounds cheesy, but its true, most places that sell looms individually charge 10+ dollars, but then this deal saved me so much cash. I love my looms.

Oh my! The Loom that started it all! Haha I never loomed, never knitted before and I bought this and knit like crazy! So many YouTube videos out there to help! Look up Round Loom knitting. I make charity hats now! I made a baby cap for my upcoming 4th grandbaby! It’s easy-peasy and fun! It helps keep the place. Men or women or kids can do this. You can round Loom even blankets, cloths, socks, sky is the limit. This set is very sturdy! Very thick! I really love that! Great price!

I love these Darice looms much better than most others I've worked with. I like that they have the small groove on the outside of each peg, which makes it easy to get your hook under the yarn. They're very sturdy and won't bend or break. I helped teach a class of 3rd and 4th graders how to loom and the kids had a much easier time working on the looms with the groove than they did the ones without. The hooks are good quality as well, although I prefer the hard plastic hooks by Boyle - those seem to have less give in the handle. My daughter prefers the hook that comes with this kit, though, because the handle is a bit softer. There's nothing wrong with these hooks - it just depends on what you prefer. I'm very happy with this loom set. Very easy to use.

I’m able to make cute knit things again. I have been unable to knit and crochet for a while since my hands don’t work well anymore. I remembered learning how to use this when I was around 9 and thought I’d give them a try. It’s easy to learn and the product is well made and should last a lifetime. The various sizes can handle almost any size project and type of yarn. I’m also going to spend some quality time teaching my granddaughters how to knit on them.

This was the first time I've tried knitting with looms. The ease of it is wonderful. I have found so many free cute patterns online that I can't knit them fast enough to try the next one. Depending on the intricacy of the pattern, an adult hat usually takes me probably 6 - 10 hours to knit at a leisurely pace. Through some trial and error, I have found the the bulkier yarn works much better for the gauge of these looms. Doubling up on regular yarn gives good results too. I'm excited in trying other projects on them, but only have only done hats so far. Because I like knitting on these looms so much, I decided to get another large loom, only I got one with an even 40 pegs instead of the 41 peg large one in this set. I was able to compare some differences in the two styles. The pegs in this set are not removable, which I like since there are not any accidents of them coming off during a project. The pegs on these also have a round knob end, instead of a hooked, crotchet like tip. Either works fine for me, but I noticed working with the hooked tip on my other loom, the stitches remained secure until I was ready to knit them off. I had some trouble with them accidentally slipping off on these. The loom pick that came with this serves its purpose adequately but the rubber grip had a tendency to start to slip off the pick. The pick I got with the other loom didn't have this problem. It's not something that would actually cause any problems, it is just noticeable when I would have to press the grip back down onto the metal part a few times during a project. I am very happy with this purchase. I love crafting and this has given me something new to add to my ever growing list of crafty hobbies I enjoy.

These looms work very well. They have large pegs to keep the yarn from slipping off and unlike other brands the pegs are not removable so you don't have to worry about them popping out in the middle of your knitting session. This is a problem I've experienced with some other brands so this is something I specifically looked for when choosing my next set. It comes with four different sizes which you can use to make an array of projects. Also, these are more economical than the name brand sets you can pick up at the craft store. On a side note, the knit hook provided with this set is my favorite that I've used so far. I even liked it better than the large ergonomic hook I bought from knitting board.

Amazing!!! My friends are amazed I am making hats and scarfs and headbands in an hour or two. I had zero knowledge in knitting and wanted a hobby. I have zero talent in the arts and I can loom with ease!! Would recommend to everyone!!

Great set of looms. I use the orange one to make beanies but you can also use them to make other things like blankets, small towels and even scarfs. You just have to look up how to do it on a circular loom. The hook and needle are easy to use, especially the hook since its pretty sharp. Every loom came with pegs attached, I know some people had that problem but my came nicely packaged and it came in a clear plastic zip up bag to store them in.
