I did lots of search and read tons of reviews before buy this knife set. These knives arrived 5 days early and I was so happy about this. These knives work perfect for the tasks they are designed for: slicing veggies, chopping meat and other soft foods plus different color handles easy for me to use them on different tasks. They are super extremely sharp and lightweight, and make your chopping and slicing tasks likes "piece a cake". The only one concern is the sheath is a little bit tight but works for me. Of course, the ceramic blade is not design to do de-bone job because that will make broken on the blades. Overall, I love this knives set and will recommends to friends who are looking for ceramic knives.

Great set, love the various blades!

Not the first ceramic knife set, but I do like this one a lot! First because of the variety of knives that come with it, second because the handles are made with non slip materials and the blades seem to be set into handles very well (I had knives where the blade came out of the handle within first few uses). Great value!

This set looks like it will last a long time

Very happy with these. They look very good, are sharp and lay well in my hand. Time will tell how they hold up, but I've had ceramic knives before and they stayed sharp for literally years! They are great especially for veggies, lettuce etc. The only thing you have to watch out for is not to drop them on a tiled floor, because then they can break (happened to me once - the tip broke off). This set looks like it will last a long time.

I came across the product while searching for something else. It is a very reasonable price so I want to give it a try as my bread knife is not very sharp anymore. The quality of the product exceeds my expectation. They are really sharp. They are ceramic and I have heard that they don't become blunt quickly. The grab and feel are good too. Just remember don't put them in the dish washer and you will be fine.

Super sharp and light weight knives set

I have received this knives set about 2 weeks and use it everyday. They are super sharp and light weight as it advertised. The first dish I made by this knives set was shredded potato salad! If you don't have a sharp knife, it will take you lots of time on cutting! And this time is the fastest time ever. I also try the bread knife to cut the side of my toast when I'm making japanse style sandwich...super sharp and easy! Love each knife has its own case to make it easier when I put them in the drawer and no worry that we will accidentally get hurt.

High end quality compared with Kyocera but with affordable price.

I was not expected to get high end quality ceramic knifes with the price we got from Amazon since they are the extra or backup knifes. However, I was surprised when I received the knife set. It came in a nice package and each knife had its own sleeve. I am not good at cutting any vegetable. I used jumbo mushrooms for my test. I was so surprised to find out that I could cut the mushroom even thinner than the packaged sliced mushrooms. The handle was easy to hold and the knife was easy to use and sleek design. I may need to put the other knifes to the side since they became my favorite because I can cut like a pro.

Great Buy!

Wow what sharp knives! My hands are on the small side so typical kitchen knives are either too big, too heavy. These are perfect for different jobs in the kitchen. I was little concerned because I have never used a ceramic knives before but they are just as sharp but half the weight! I have heard of people dropping it or questioned on how to sharpen it but use your common sense and you will be fine. I never put them in the dishwasher and I wipe them dry after hand washing. Haven't had to sharpen them but after another week or so I'll use my ceramic v shaped sharpener lightly to keep the edge.

Exceeded expectations

These work great! I was kind of skeptical because of the price but they did not disappoint!
