Quick and easy way to spread granules

I used this spreader to apply Preen to my garden beds. The job has never been so easy and fast. If you can’t use a broadcast spreader for granules, this is the way to go.

This works well for spreading seeds on bald spots and surprisingly puts it down fairly even.

I use it for touch ups and patches of weeds when I don’t want to bring out the spreader.

I like this very much. I don’t fill it all the way as it gets too heavy. Good for touching up the lawn in spots that don’t look so good.

Best invention

I don't know why I never thought to look for something like this before. This is perfect. I now want one to keep in my car. I have pulled into many parking lots that are solid sheets of ice in the winter. This would have been a lifesaver. It closes off well so there would be no spillage if kept in the car. I will probably get one for my mother who could benefit for the same reasons.

Great inexpensive alternative to a fancy mechanical spreader.

Works great if you have a small area you want to distribute grass or fertilizer. Carry handle makes it easy. I've never like those fancy mechanical spreaders, they take up so much room and always get plugged up. Great little alternative!

So simple, so easy!

This is great for small patches of lawn that need re-seeding. Love it! Would be good for putting down granular fertilizer around shrubs, plants and trees too.

Works great. I just wouldn't store the DE. The DE goes bad fast and stops working after absorbing water vapor.

Good size and you get an extra top. Also you can adjust the hole size. Price is reasonable.
