So far this cooler has been great. It is quiet and fit perfectly into my space. I like the way the bottles fit, even my larger bottles.

Great customer service

The 5 star rating is based on an initial 2 because our first unit was defective. However, I would now give it an 8 star rating because of the outstanding customer service provided by Jeff. After installation, the temperature settings were not working. It was easy to reach customer service and Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a new unit to be delivered. He assured us that the replacement unit would be double checked before it would be shipped. The second unit arrived in good time and works perfectly! It looks nice and fits the space well. Jeff also arranged for pickup of the first unit so that we were not inconvenienced in any way.

Was looking for a small under the counter wine cooler and this fit the bill perfectly. Was contacted by the company to explain shipping procedures and got a call to set up a time for delivery and also a call as to when they anticipated arriving. Super quiet!

Super quiet no compressor noise or ratteling shelves. Looks great in our kitchen. The drawers fit all styles of wine bottles.
