Surprise side affect

I bought this mainly for the warming foot massage, but after using it once I was delighted to see the pain in my back had subsided. I was able to get up without cringing. What a relief and what a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend this device. It feels wonderful on my feet.....and the side affect is even better. Thank you.

This product works

this product works,but can be a bit uncomfortable at first.For me ,I've found that wearing socks and doing 1 foot at the time is the way to go.The massage action is a bit vigorous at first,but over time becomes not only bearable but positively pleasant ,especially with the heat feature.I suffer with neuropathy and the massaging seems to help with that.

The best thing I've ever done for myself!

I work 12 to 14 hrs on my feet for 12 days in a row without a day off and normally by day 4 I'm limping. This massager saved my feet and legs!!!!!! My feet feel great! I also use it on my hands and calves. I highly recommend this product!!!!

Happy Feet

I am on my feet for 4-6 hours a couple of days a week - Usher at the local entertainment arena. When I get home, my feet hurt! This foot massager is AMAZING! It helps to relax my feet so that I can sleep. The next morning, I can get out of bed and walk without experiencing any pain. Great purchase.

Invigorates Feet!

The heat function warms, but is certainly not hot or uncomfortable. By moving feet in different locations, all parts of the foot and toes receive the stimulation where it is needed.

It is pretty amazing

I don't know if I have purchased a more delightful item. I've had neuropathy in my left foot for a year and a half and had EVERY form of treatment. While this certainly doesn't "cure" my issue it sure does bring relief. For people saying it doesn't get warm, I simply must disagree. It gets very warm but does cycle on and off with the heat source. I do have high arches and must say it doesn't always hit the arch as well as it could (which they do tell you in the product description) but you can manipulate your feet up and down the rollers to hit any location you wish. I cannot recommend this item highly enough. I tried one of the $150.00 Homedic foot/calf massagers at Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and it seriously holds nothing on this item....and at half the price. If you are reading this review right now, don't waste another moment deciding, just buy it!

Soothing Foot Massager/Great Customer Service

The first unit I received did not work properly. But Necteck’s customer service responded very quickly and resolved the situation. They have since sent me another unit. Of which I have used twice for good measure and I am very happy, the massager works as originally advertised. Very soothing! Which is why I wanted to buy it in the first place! Thank you Necteck, I appreciate your customer care. Your care alone warrants 5 Stars!

So far, so good.

So far, so good. Just started using it and it made me jump at first from not being used to the pressure, but I got used to it after a few seconds. It gets WARM not HOT, reading some of the other reviews I think some people were confused about this. The warmth is noticeable and feels good on my feet. Overall feels really good and takes a lot of the tension and soreness out of my feet. Now I just hope it will last me awhile. UPDATE: It actually does get HOT. It just takes a little bit of time to warm up, feels GREAT!!!!

Wow, just got this and my feet are tingling with joy. Heat feature is just right and I like that the posts on bottom of the machine are adjustable so your feet can be at an angle to fit your comfort.
