Great headset all around with only one minor suggested tweak for the manufacturer...

Pros: Great headset, wonderful sound, comfortable, I hardly notice I'm wearing it. Nice thick, long cord which reaches to my laptop several feet away. People say they can hear my clearly, and the microphone is very pliable and adjustable. You can rotate it down to your mouth and bend it into a position you see fit. Unit also has a fun light-up function if you want to look like something out of Tron. Cons: Only one minor complaint - the volume button is located on the cord and it often rests on my chest and arms, which are high traffic zones for movement. This means I occasionally adjust the volume without meaning to when I move my arm or shift in my chair. Suggested is to put the volume knob directly on the headset itself. I feel this is more intuitive and less of a physical hassle. Otherwise, this is a great headset. Would buy again.

This is simply an awesome headset.

Awesome headset for the money. They actually sound close to as good as the $200 set I have and you don't have to plug it into power. My other expensive set was cumbersome to hook up because of the need to power the amp. These plug right into your Xbox One S controller in the 3.5mm slot. If you have the older controller you will need the adapter. You can hear sounds and background noises I did not notice using the stereo speakers or the TV speakers. You can't go wrong with these. Beexcellent's $19.99 headset is really good too. These have a slight better sound though, hence the $5.00 cost difference. I have two pairs of those.

Excellent Gaming Headset

I bought these for a friend who was supposed to buy a PS4 based on the cheap price and great reviews of this headset, but he ended up not buying the PS4 , so I decided to try them on my PS4 before returning them. Believe what other 5-Star reviews say, as they're all correct. This headset sounds so great that I'm keeping them if my Sony Pulse Elite headset battery dies while I'm still gaming. If I say these sound better than my $130 Sony headset I might be upset that I paid $100 more, so I won't admit it... Just know these are a wired headset, and I'd recommend buying a USB extension if you want the cool blue lights to turn on. Either way with or without plugging into a USB they sound the same and great. The USB doesn't power an internal amplifier, just the lights. Ohhh, and these plug directly into the PS4 controller; probably the same with Xbox too...

WAY better than I'd expected for the price point

WAY better than I'd expected for the price point. Sharp, crisp sound, good bass, and very sufficient noise canceling capabilities. I love that the mic is so adjustable and has a mute button. Since I have it figure my Gear VR and phone, the only thing I've not tested yet is the lighted outside of the set. But I'm sure it works just as well as everything else. Thumbs up all around!

LOVE them!

I have 2 boys ages 9 and 6 who have an xbox one.My oldest recently had a birthday and this was all he asked for. So i took my chances and ordered this and the adapter for the xbox remote and it’s been 3 weeks and he LOVES it. i think it looks awesome and also i’m not hearing the game which is a win for me lol but he loves being able to hear his friends and talk to them as well very clear and crisp sound. i was so pleased i ordered a second one for the youngest who is not that huge of a gamer as the other but still he absolutely loves it too. i just wish it being connected alone without the usb would cause the headset to light up but children find a way for everything lol i recomend 100%

You will be amazed with the quality

This is the 4th headsets I've bought in the past few months. I got a dog who apparently loves gaming headsets as a snack. After spending 80+ every time, my wallet was dry and I just didn't want to keep spending money like that. My puppy grew up and stopped chewing headsets but I still needed some headphones to communicate online. (Mostly overwatch). I looked around amazon and there were many budget headsets with many reviews, but many seemed to break easily or didn't last more than a few months. Then I saw these ones and seeing not many people were saying bad things about it, I gave it a shot. Holy crap am I glad I did! The headphones are big. Let's address that first. They're perfect for me because I have a big head. (Got bullied so much for it.) Most headsets feel tight as hell and give me a headache after using them for more than an hour. Mind you, this is on the biggest setting. Not this ones. They feel very comfortable on the big setting and don't tight my head giving me a headache. Instead, they just lie there comforably which is a huge plus! So yes, if you have a small head these headsets might feel a little too big for you. The sound quality is perfect. They sound like the last turtle beache I had. Don't expect the same quality of sound of beats by Dre, but believe me, you don't need more than what this headphones have to offer. Microphone sounds perfect. My teammates can hear me clearly and I even recorded myself talk and I sounded very well. Lastly, holy crap they look good! Look how they glow! Even the mic! I took these pictures during daytime but I promise you, they look even better at night. It compliments my build. 10/10 would recommend, specially for the price. Seriously, for less than $30 this is such a steal. Just get them, trust me.

Great sounding

The ear muffs for this gaming headset are very well padded. The headset was a breeze to connect to my son's ps4. The headset does really well at blocking out surronding sound. The clarity of sound on the headset is awesome. The microphone for the headset is soft and flexible. So I don't worry about it getting accidentally snapped off. This gaming headset is also really light weight.

Quality Game Headset For a Very Reasonable Price.

I bought these for my husband because he needed a headset for his Xbox One. When I gave him the box he was a little unsure about how the headphone quality was going to be. However, when he put them on he was very impressed. I even took a listen and they sounded great. Microphone works well. For the money, these are very good headphones. Headphones are comfortable and well padded. There's no interference or buzzing. They sound great. I could have paid so much more if I bought them from Gamestop I'm so glad to have found these and that my husband loves them. Would buy them again.

Good value headset

Excellent sound quality and they can get pretty loud. I'm not using the LED, but it does work if you want the lights on. The mic is okay, though I didn't get to test that a lot. They fit comfortably and can be adjusted easy. A couple of remarks: while they are not heavy by any means, the earpieces do carry some weight that may make them bump a bit when taking them off and placing them on a hard surface (versus a headset hook) so you want to be careful when taking them of and setting them on the desk. Also, the in line volume controlled is very sensitive, you can easily turn the volume down just by moving while the cord is next to your body. If you feel like you lost the volume, just double check the in line volume control level.

Very pleased with these!

This headset is fantastic and works very well. Audio and microphone both work great. They're extremely comfortable and I love the way they feel. The cord is nice and long, too! If you are using them for a PS4, you can't use the USB to light them up while you're playing, because they don't charge. You have to have them plugged in in order for the lights to work, and the cord isn't split enough to have the USB plugged in at the same time that the 3.5 mm plug is plugged into the controller. Not a big deal for me, because they're really a great headset for the price, and the lights aren't essential to playing.
