Okay so yeah I’m a self hating hipster trash can wagon of waste BUT THIS IS SO COOL. Paint chips kinda easy tho

Gave it to my son he love it

It's so cute! So retro in the modern day. The playing is clear where it doesn't make voices all wonky. The paint did chip already (only had it for less than a week) so I would say that's the only drawback as of right now. I only need it to play tapes even though it comes with cords to put tape content onto a computer.

So far, I’m impressed. It’s a cute little unit that reminds me of the transistor radios of the 1960’s. My main concern was “would it transfer music at the correct speed?” My last cassette to MP3 unit played the tape too fast and there was no way to change it. I have transferred one song and it worked great. I do wish there were more concise directions for the software- perhaps there’s a download.

I got this product within 3 days after I place my order. It seems well made for the price. The appearance is simple and stylish, compact and easy to carry. it is convenient to use, it can save MP3 directly to PC via USB cable. The sound quality of the playback is good (for the price).

Dear Readers and Prospective Customers, I originally purchased one of these units in mid-late 2017, due to the very unusual confluence of features not found elsewhere. I wrote an earlier review, and gave it one star, because I had received a defective unit. The earlier review is linked to a product that is not currently listed as available, or has been discontinued--I am thinking it is the predecessor to this current unit. Anyway, since I already previously extensively covered the technical issues with this product, I would like to focus on customer service and support with the DIGITNOW Company. Their customer service is unparalleled, it is among the best ever I have experienced from a retail outlet. If memory serves, I interacted with them for almost a year. After my initial review, I was promptly sent a replacement unit: unfortunately, it also had the same problem, so I told them. I corresponded with customer service via email, and they were always helpful, cheerful, and polite. Because I was anxious about getting a working unit, they politely tried to calm me down, and to soothe me, even saying "Good Night!" on one occasion! I think that if they operated locally, they would have come over to my room, and tucked me into bed, and turned out the light for me, that's how nice they were. I moved to a new address during this time, when we were communicating back-and-forth. One replacement unit was lost in the mail. Then they sent another, maybe the 4th one (?) and I believe they said that their technicians had done a pre-inspection to make sure I got a good one. Then, they eagerly waited for a reply from me. Unfortunately, by that time, some of my cassettes had gotten separated from the product, so I could not test it, but since they had done so much work, and so much follow-up, I felt ashamed and didn't tell them. That was several months ago. Well, I recently was thinking random things to myself, and I thought, Hey, it isn't fair to hold that company hostage to my lack of being able to inspect and test their retail product. I should follow-up on that situation, because it affects their reputation. Yes, some of the earlier unit had electronics problems, that I still believe were related to quality control, however, they (tech support and customer service departments) will go to any lengths to ensure customer satisfaction, and they won't stop holding your hand, until you are set up, and have a good, working unit. I would rather do business with these folks than anyone else. It's not what they're selling, it's the quality of the people who stand behind it. That's what makes companies what they are. If you are at all interested in this device, buy it, and if there's any issues, just tell Customer Service, and they will make it right, whatever you want, they take care of it.

Super cool and nostalgic. Reminds me of the Walkman's from the 80's, but with a makeover. It plays AM and FM radio via a turning knob and antenna. It's chargeable by USB, which is included. It comes with headphones, and the speaker is clear. It also has a clip on the back of it to attach to you belt or pocket :) It's a cool little device. See the pictures I included to show it's size and the features.
