Great value! No plastic hardware!

This is all metal parts. Solid built, but not heavy/clunky metal. Handle extends up to 45" - higher than most models available - making the leverage easier to control. The pivoting wheels handle stair/steps with ease. Much better than the standard 2 wheel dolly setup. Definitely worth the extra money for all-metal construction. The platform is 12" wide and 12.5" deep and has welded handle for tie-down straps and works as a handy handle when collapsing for storage. Folded footprint is 13" deep x allow for 18" wide to include protruding nut heads. Only 1 con: wheel assembly does not fold for storage, but I am willing to sacrifice a little, for such a handy tool!

this stair climber moved a very heavy tred mill !! I couldn't believe it. My husband and I are seniors so we need all the help we can get and this device is the answer. it's handy to bring in the groceries too. It goes up AND down stairs with ease, I can't say enough good things about it, I love it!!

Third Floor Boon

My niece was assigned a third floor apartment for campus housing. Previously, she had always had first floor housing. I have been involved in these yearly move-in and move-out situations. I had seen infomercials for these but had not had any need for this before. I ordered it and put it together and we had opportunity to use this a few days ago. It worked very well. We had one set of stairs that was 18 steps up, before turning on a landing and going on up another set of stairs. Just like any dolly, you shouldn't overload just because of over balance issues. Bungee cords are a must, and have to be purchased separately.

This cart rolls!

It: (1) Comes with ten ball bearings, (2) definitely helps with steps and (3) is good value. For best results, do not fully tighten its lock nuts.

Climbing with weight.

We did not know how useful this would be! But for "older" people, or those with disabilities, this stair climber is a godsend. While the unit does not come with protective feet for the the metal squares (had a little damage on the wood stairs as a result), getting heavy items upstairs has been made easy by the unit.

best thing I ever bought for myself

best thing I ever bought for myself. Wheels were easy to put on and that was all you had to do. It helped me ( a 61 year old female) get all the old air conditioners and monster TVs that no longer work down from the attic so they could be disposed of. Just one thing, if you have a heavier item on it, be prepared to really hold on and maybe lean back a bit as it will almost go down the stairs all by itself.

Fantastic product! This is going to save my back when I move from a 2nd and 3rd floor apartment. It was a little tricky to attach the wheels when it came in the mail but I am ready to get boxes moving. Highly recommend for going up and down stairs. Might need a glove to wear when using this, as I can't fit both of my hands on the soft handle. Pushing may be fine, but when pulling upstairs, I noticed my hands sore from applying that weight directly from the metal to my hands. Otherwise, great product.
