The color is accurate. The rod seems to be holding up very nicely. We have them in the living and dining room and it it goes very well with a modern rustic themed home.

They look great, just a little cheap to the touch

Overall I am quite happy with these rods, I have purchased all sizes for various windows so all the windows in the house match. They have a modern yet classic look and could easily fall under the much more expensive category. I have rope loops that attach the curtains to the rod so I've had no problems with scratching the surface. My only problem is with my longest rod, it sags a bit in the middle as the screws must have been installed a hit too low for the hardware. A more sturdy rod would probably make such a minute installation flaw virtually invisible but as the rod telescopes here it actually accentuates the problem. Of course that is my own fault so not something to really hold against the manufacturer, just be mindful of your installation! And pre-drill those holes after coming up with a plan! I tried to skimp a step and drill the screw right in (installing directly into wood panels so no drywall anchors required) and I wound up going back to reinstall one window because I was off a bit. This is all amateur stuff though, just trying to save another person a little extra work.

Perfect. Ordered three for three banks of three windows to hang drapes ordered from half priced drapes on amazon. Subtle coloration...which I needed due to intense graphic of drapes, and the fact all other metal in room is a bronze coloration Excellent quality. And prompt shipment.

Perfect Curtain Rods. Worth Much More

Practically, these have all the equipment needed to install them. Installation was easy. Aesthetically, they look way more than you probably spent on them. I searched all over the internet for simple metallic gold rods. West elm, and Crate & Barrel are the closest you'd find for triple the cost. So splurge on these babies and feel like a saver.

Beautiful brassy gold

Beautiful gold rod. It’s not a goddy gold. More of a brassy good. It looks wonderful with my dark gray velvet drapes. The look is high end. It’s a modern design that I incorporate with my traditional designs. It’s not light which I like. It’s not a cheap rod but instead heavier and of better quality than other golden rods I’ve seen.

I always do a lot of searching before I buy! I saw this look on West Elm and decided to search!! Found them here on Amazon at a fraction of the cost. They are up and just as beautiful as the ones I saw on West Elm. To be fair I do only have a light weight sheer (4 panels) for a very wide bay window- and they are holding up...not sure they could stay straight with something heavier?

Love my rods!

These are the first rods i bought that aren't your standard economy rods. I love them! Simple yet add a nice touch to my home office. Easy to install though I followed the suggestion of going five inches out of the boundary of my window sashes and they ended up being just a pinch too short so they sag in the middle. But it was easily fixed by stuffing a piece of folded up paper in the telescoping end and no one can see it.

Just buy them.

Very solid. I didn’t want the flimsy rods I saw in home improvement stores. Trust the reviews and buy these. I did. And I came back for 4 more.
