I have a 900 trail 2016, and this tool works amazing! Pop the wheel off, then take the 2 bolts off for the caliper, then the 1 axel nut and put this tool in the assembly and start pumping. Mine took around 15 pumps each , they we're bone dry and I only had 800 miles on my RZR. It is recommended every 500 miles and you will see why. My bearings were almost toast and this tool saved me! (Complete time to grease all 4 was about 30 minutes)

Amazing how much grease my 2015 XP 1000 took. It was always serviced timely at the dealer during the extended warranty period but my guess is that they never lubed the wheel bearings. It is not difficult at all to remove the tire/wheel, brake caliper and axle nut (in fact the hardest part was getting the old cotter pin out of the axle castle nut). You may have to lower the RZR onto a jack stand so the suspension collapses enough to get to the bottom caliper bolt with a socket or use a ratchet wrench. Be careful to not shove the grease tool in too far as it is tough to pull back out, especially with greasy hands. Pull it out and turn it often until you start seeing old grease come out around the bearing in an even and symmetrical way. Check your brake pads while you got the caliper off. This is a good time to swap them out if needed. Clean it up and put it back together. You can find the torque specs on the internet. Easy stuff and I feel better now about not dusting a wheel bearing due to neglect.

I own a 2016 XP 1000 with only 300 miles on it.. I recently purchased on of these and I am happy to say that this things works great! Quality product that does the job and finely crafted. I did all 4 wheels in about 2 hours start to finish. The tool worked just as advertised and I was amazed at just how much grease each hub took before spewing dirt, debris and bad grease.. There was virtually no grease in my bearings!! . This is a must have tool for my RZR.. Big Thanks!

This tool worked fantastic. Greased my bearings exceptionally well. Just make sure and apply some grease to the bearing contact surface before you insert it into the bearing. Used on RZR 1000 XP.

Work as advertised. For those complaints of getting it stuck in the hub, read the instructions.... You do not have to jam the unit in the hub / bearing, you jam it in and you will fight it back out. Place the unit in hub and rotate while greasing, works as designed and works well.

Properly lubricated wheel bearings on UTV's is a critical maintenance item but greasing them the conventional way is a tough, time consuming, and dirty job. This Tiger tool changes all that. I greased the bearings on my Polaris RZR in a fraction of the time it normally would have taken. This is definitely one of those "why didn't I think of that?" items!

Grease SEALED bearings rather than replace them? OH YEAH! I pushed water and mud from the bearings of my 2018 RZR 900, no doubt prolonging the life greatly. Easy to use, since it fits right over the axle, no need to remove the hub. Fits every Polarisin my yard, too.

Awesome product to great sxs wheel bearings it only have one hole so it has to be turned to fill complete bearing. Newer products have complete slit around so me movement

Worked well on my 2020 Polaris RZR Pro Ultimate 2 seater. Paired with some red and tacky, bearings should be good to go.

This is a great tool, easy to use. I will be using this each spring before the riding season. Well worth the money
