Exactly what I wanted!

I use a countertop convection oven and it's difficult to find things that fit in there. I've been trying to clean up my cooking so thought using a grill to set meats on while they bake or broil would help manage the fat that drips off. I also heard that since air can circulate around the entire piece of meat, it crisps up better. Yes, these do the trick. I've never been a big wing fan but now I can make some excellent wings and they taste wonderful. I also made some squid so they weren't soggy (keeping the little legs from falling through the grill was hard even though the spaces are minimal but legs are even smaller). I spray the rack with a little Pam (or equivalent) and things haven't stuck on yet, then it's just washing with soapy water (I don't use a dishwasher but you probably could). They feel sturdy and I hope to get decades of use out of them.

Rack 'em up!

Love that these racks are made of stainless steel. I've had smaller ones that were chrome and they were impossible to clean (not to mention they'd rust after awhile). Each rack fits perfectly into a quarter sheet pan and into my large toaster oven. You won't regret buying these!

Good for bakin' bacon!

These fit perfectly in my Pyrex 9" x 13" baking dishes. I bought them mainly for baking perfect bacon, which they do. Then I just drop em in the dishwasher and they come out clean and sparkly. I'm going to get a second set so I can make more batches of bacon at a time.

I love bother the racks and the pans

I bought the quarter size sheet pans based on a NY Times article and went searching for them on Amazon. I love bother the racks and the pans. They fit together perfectly and the racks allow food like salmon or chicken to roast and get crispy on the underside. I have used these at least twice a week since they arrived. Good quality and the size is perfect for small items like a salmon filet.

My husband just bought me a toaster convection oven so that I wouldn’t heat up the house all the time running the big oven. Now that I have this new toy I needed some baking sheets, etc. that would fit inside since it won’t hold huge pans. One of the things that I was looking for was a metal wire rack so that I could cook on it and it would allow air to circulate around the food. This is also handy to let the grease drip through. I looked all over Amazon and there were a lot of choices. I stumbled on to this jewel and I am so glad I did. It was two for less than I thought I was going to have to pay for one rack. I was looking forward to it’s delivery when I got an unexpected email from the company thanking me for my purchase and that I should be receiving the product soon. They told me that if I had any problems with the product they were there to help. Wow! Real live customer service! Even before I had a problem! Unheard of this day and time. The racks arrived and they are great! Fit just perfectly in my cookie sheet and other pan. Having two racks is really perfect. I can cook with one and then use the other one to cool items. Very sturdy and they have had a bath in the dishwasher and they did very well. Highly recommend this product. 👍🏼😊

Easier to clean than I thought they'd be

I usually dread using metal racks for a recipe knowing how tough they are to clean. I purchased these racks anticipating a similar battle, especially since they are made up of tiny squares instead of straight lines that are easier to get between. I tested them when making candied bacon today. Brown sugar, maple syrup and bacon fat all cooked to a crisp. You couldn't find anything more sticky and baked on. I let the first rack and pan soak for around 15 minutes with soap. Almost everything had come off and all the rack required was a light once over with a sponge. The second rack and pan I only let soak for a few minutes. All the baked on crud came off with one or two swipes of the rougher side of the sponge. I was amazed. My baking sheet took much more elbow grease to get clean. These racks fit my quarter size baking pans perfectly right down to the rounded corners, are just heavy enough for most foods and were nicely priced. Time will tell on durability but so far I am impressed.

Perfect Size

Great size for 1/4 baking sheet (great way to cook bacon in oven). As a bonus, it fits perfectly in my Cuisinart toaster oven for toast rack.

Not heavy duty but good for small size.

They aren't heavy duty stainless steel, but they are sturdy. All in all they seem well made just don't expect these little guys to hold something massive but they'll be fine for normal used imo.

These cooling racks fit my quarter sheet pans perfectly. I can use both of them on my half sheet pan. They are easy to clean and are sturdy, so they should last. I'm glad I purchased them.
