Fits iPad Pro 12.9 and iPad Mini, but does not fit the new Kindle Fire HD10

Purchased this stand for my mom's new Kindle Fire HD10. Although it comes with two brackets, neither one fits. It did fit the iPad Pro 12.9 and iPad mini. Unfortunately, we purchased it for a Kindle Fire, so we have to return it. It does seem to be fairly sturdy and is easy to assemble. The brackets may be difficult for someone who has arthritis or limited mobility in their hands. Follow-up: I originally gave the product 3 stars simply because it did not fit the new Kindle Fire HD10 and I just wanted to alert buyers that if they have a Kindle Fire HD10, this product will not work for them. The product itself is sturdy, works well, and is easy to assemble. It did fit our iPad Pro 12.9 and iPad mini fine. If I could change my rating to 10 stars I would based on customer service alone. I received an immediate response and they were the most accommodating company I have ever dealt with to-date; they went up and above the call of duty. They also let me know that they do have stands that will fit the new Kindle Fire HD10.

Excellent product...

This is a very well made stand and well thought out. It fits the iPad pro 12.9 inch model perfectly. Assembles in under a minute and it secures the iPad making it easy to rotate from landscape to portrait position along with the ability to tilt and swivel the iPad to the position you need. I have started to use my iPad more as my everyday computer and this stand makes it comfortable to use for long hours. My only regret is not buying this sooner.

I ended up choosing the AboveTEK Stylish Aluminum Tablet Stand! The design is close to the original one I bought, but doesn't swivel at the base. I'm able to use it for my shop's needs. So delightful!

I bought this stand, brought it to my college library. It is so easy to use as we work on a lot of group projects in the library where we need to collaborate and discuss. The 360 rotation feature is really useful so that the whole group team can view the content at the same time on the ipad without handing over the device to each person in the room. Since our library has iPads to rent, I can now use this stand to make the iPad become a desktop computer. This is extremely helpful especially when I am writing papers and need to constantly see contents on iPad, I can now easily multitask and maintain a good posture at the same time!

Perfect stand that does all... Perfect of iPad POS.

I am writing this review because I like this product so much. I use it for my business as a payment system. It spins around, so that the clients can sign on the iPad. It can go horizontal or vertical. It will move to flat position or an angle position. It does everything I need it to do. Whoever is looking to find a POS stand for your iPad. This stand is an awesome POS stand. This is very functional for me. I would buy it again if something happens to it. So far, it has stood up really well. No problems at all. The great thing is, it’s light weight enough for it to be portable as well. I take it to my clients to sign as well. Very good stand.

Easy to assemble and holds well

Easy to assemble and holds well. The black and white look great with my white-faced iPad. The pivot and angle adjustments are smooth but firm enough to not move around when in use. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a lock. I would have paid a little more to have the additional security. I purchased a small cable and lock to attach the whole unit to my table at a vendor event, so that the only way to make off with it would be to take the time to pull it from the stand, which is firm enough it would take effort and I would notice, or grab the stand and drag my table behind them. I would not use this if I would not be in the booth with it the whole time, but with me there, this was plenty secure.

Great product, but does not work with Mini IPad and swipe simple plugged in to the audio jack

Nice product but I bought it to upgrade my iPad Mini stand that we use in an office as a POS point of sale device. The pictures shown must be with a full size iPad. With the mini, the clamps of the stand are right next to the audio jack making it useless with swipe device. If it were possible to mount the mini from the narrow side it would work. Secure's tablet in place well, cashiers love it.

Used this stand in our university's grab-n-go and cafeteria for our tablet POS systems. They stretch to the size you need and snap back so no need to worry about the tablet slipping out of the stand. It can also bend to adjust to the view the user wants it at and it swivels which is so handy if someone wants to question their bill. The base has rubber grips and we rest it on top of our cash drawer, the stand does not move easily so it can't just be pushed off. Really made securing the tablets super easy. The white design also gives it an edgy advanced look, students couldn't get over how much of an upgraded feel it gave from our old cash register.

New Business Use

I'm so excited about this tablet holder purchase! These will work perfect to hold my business iPads (I purchased two). I didn't want to have to start with the square system holders right off due to the expense. These were easy to put together, however there wasn't any instructions but common sense should do it! If I decide to upgrade to larger iPads, I can still use these holders. I love the fact they twist and tilt, which is needed.

Great versatility! I use it as dual screen in office I use a laptop in my office for work, my job involves doing a lot of research and I constantly have to multitask by switching among different windows on the same laptop screen, which is really inconvenient and painful. I don’t want to buy a separate monitor as it would be too bulky to put on my office desk and also very expensive. I always wanted to use my ipad as a second screen since its so convenient, now this stand make my ipad a perfect dual screen! I can easily research online using the ipad in this stand and at the same time work on my laptop screen. nice product and followup customer service, well thought out! Would definitely buy abovetek again!
