I absolutely love this product. I can honestly say it works. I started taking SKALD a week ago today and I have lost 5 lbs. My appetite decreased and I have energy without feeling jittery. I run 5 miles 5 days a week so, I know that is a contributor to my weight loss as well but I plateaued after loosing 16 lbs and SKALD was the jump-start I needed to help me to continue on my weight loss journey. You can't expect a pill to do all the work. It takes effort. You must change your mindset, eating habits and incorporate exercise into your routine.

I'm going to need to order more soon, I could definitely feel the effects of energy and appetite suppressant the first day! Usually I work anywhere from 9-18 hours and it keeps me alert and focused (not jittery) and mood balanced. And I am currently still just taking one pill and I have no issues getting to sleep. Alot of energy pills I have tried in the past have always upset my asthma; but, this definitely does not, I feel like I can breathe better and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for that added "oooooph" without the crackhead side effects LOL.

More than a fat burner.

I take 3 of these a day, I'm also doing a 4 hour eating window with moderate exercise. I can't say whether or not it directly helps burn fat or not. I can say that it helps to keep me thoroughly motivated to keep to my eating window. My mental motivation is through the roof, even on the job, I'm just ready to work. I am noticing continuous fast weight loss but that's probably the result of a lifestyle change, putting down soda and things like that. I do think they help curve my appetite as well. I don't get the jitters or anything like that. The only real side effect I've noticed is horrible gas on the regular. They are expensive. I've subscribed to the product and unlocked 15% savings doo that's helped. I highly recommend it.

Great Start

I've been on the Whole 30 diet trying to lose fat and tone up, once I added Skald my energy level improved and my cravings for sweets improved, I haven't weighed myself yet but I can tell I'm losing the fat because I'm more toned, I will weigh myself after the 30 days.

I am not a paid reviewer. Just a mom looking for some energy. I have to say this is the best product I’ve ever tried. Ever. I have tried a LOT. Yesterday I took it and couldn’t stop cleaning. Energy out the roof. Wasn’t even sleepy when I got to bed. Was so worried I wouldn’t sleep well but I did and woke up feeling the energy still! I have lost my appetite for sweets. Have to make myself eat when I take my pill. I have noticed my stomach is flatter. TMI but it also helps me go to the bathroom and stay regular as well. It’s a keeper. Just try it if you’re doubtful. I would suggest taking it with food. It can make you queasy if you take it on an empty stomach

This is everything and more day 8

So I am considered "moderately active", I am 27, have 3 kids, and exercise at least 3-4 times a week. I have had two c-sections and it has been hard to get my ab muscles back. I recently had my last child February 2017. I have tried multiple weight loss supplements, pills, shakes, and fitness programs. However I had no luck. This is my second day taking it and I take it when I get up first thing in the morning. I get up at 6am due to my oldest is in first grade and she has to be ready for the bus at 6:45.so while I am getting her around and doing her morning routine it gives me time to stretch/yoga before I exercise. I use fitness for weight loss app along with this pill and let me tell you it will make you sweat!! I do 10 different exercises in 9 minutes and do a combo of three different 9 minute workouts. I had to take a break and cool down because my body was pouring sweat. I would definitely recommend this product along with exercise for anyone. I will post more information when I finish my first bottle. Note: I am not getting paid to say this and no one has asked me to say this either. I just want some women like me to experience this product and quit wasting money and time on other products. Day4: this product makes you sweat! I am literally dripping sweat from my head to my toes during my workout! Be sure when taking this product drink a ton of WATER! I drink a 24 oz bottle while working out and tons of water through the day. The more water the better. Until next time, will post more results later Day8: I take the weekends off meaning I do not workout during the weekend. However if I felt lousy and had the munchies all day. So if you take this pill and do not workout and do not drink plenty of water this pill will not help you. However today is Monday and I did my morning workout and I feel energized and good to go for the day!

FIBROID TRANSFORMATION
