Direction of Wrap When wrapping Teflon tape around the male edge of the pipe it is important to wrap the tape in a clockwise direction. To do this, hold the pipe in your left hand, or have the pipe to your left side if it is a mounted pipe. Put the tape on the threads and run the tape around the threads over the top of the pipe.

Easy to use great for shower heads

I used this to ensure a new shower head wouldnt leak. Works great, you get a ton of it, I can't imagine ever running out.

Does the job for my new shower head

I bought this roll of tape to install my new shower head: 3 Inch High Pressure Shower Head - Best Pressure Boosting, Wall Mount, Bathroom Showerhead For Low Flow Showers - Chrome. I am happy to report that the shower head is still leak free. And this is a high pressure shower head with a really good blast. (I love my shower now!) The tape has a good width and is extremely durable. Most teflon tapes are frayed or broken with the slightest pull. This teflon tape has been solid. It applies evenly in a nice layers around the pipe thread to create an effective seal. You may need some scissors or a knife to get a clean cut in the tape. Or you can be a man like me and just use your teeth. :) I highly recommend this tape for your plumbing jobs.

worked as expected, enough for a lifetime

I got a roll of this when replacing a shower head in my apartment. I think I'll have enough for the rest of my life as it just takes a bit. No leaks, so I assume all worked well!

Works great to make tighter seal on nerf O rings.

I use this in nerf guns to tighten the air seals around the O rings. It works great for that! As for actual plumbing I have no clue. Thought it may help out that niche group of modders out there though!

Perfect!

Just what I needed, without a trip to the store for a single roll of plumber's tape. This spool's got so much I won't need any for years and years and years. I'm not a plumber, just a simple DIYer that occasionally needs plumber's tape. Got plenty now! Hehehehe!!

Excellent tape

Nice width and durable. Most of the teflon tapes I have used have frayed or broken with the slightest tug. This does not. This applies an even, controllable layer to the pipe threads, creating an effective seal. I used it to install a shower pipe and showerhead.

Easy to apply.

Happy with this teflon tape. It doesn't fray at all and applies evenly. Definitely helped with replacing my shower head and stopped the water from leaking.
