Homesick in college

This smells like the pie shop Heaven on Earth off of I-5. It has a very sweet scent, but when you burn it it smells more like a woodsy campfire. Loved it. I’m a college student who’s going to school on the East Coast and haven’t been home for over a year. This was a perfect reminder of home.

This candle smells beautiful! It smells like springtime in Missouri. Just like the flowering trees that we had in my backyard when I was growing up. My father just passed away and this is just what I needed to remind me of home now that I live thousands of miles away. <3

Reminder of Home

These scents are powerful! It was a gift for my daughters teacher. We are stationed in Germany, and the kids go to a DODEA school, so all their teachers originally come from the states as well. My daughter's teacher taught her 4th grade class all about Louisiana and New Orleans and emphasized all year how much she loves it there, so I thought this would be the perfect gift for her. The candle comes packages well (no shipping injuries) and it is large and worth the price. The teachers said that the scent definitely reminds her of home, and she loved it.

Amazing fragrance

Amazing fragrances, I’ve gottwn a few candles from homesick and the Hawaii, California and Nevada ones really do remind me of those states. Hawaii fragrance is soft pineapple, coconut, beach vibes, ocean tides and light hints of sugarcane

It really smells like Texas!

My best friend was moving to New York so I made her a Texas-themed gift basket (our home state). She loved this candle! It perfectly embodied what you would expect from a Texas-scented candle. The leather scent was strong but not overpowering and makes for an enjoyable candle.

New York is perfect

I like that it's handmade and that so much thought went into the scent! I'm impressed by the smell and that it actually does remind me of New York! It's industrial and clean; not overwhelming, but definitely enough to scent a room in a short amount of time. Masculine or feminine, and very nice all the way around! I love this candle and will be buying it again when this one gets low!

The smell made my Texan boyfriend cry

I got this as a surprise for my boyfriend. He moved to my state from Texas for college. I wasn't sure about how it would smell but I figured even if he wasn't a fan it would be neat as a decoration for his room. When I surprised him with the candle and he smelled it, he actually got very emotional and started crying because he said the smell instantly brought back so many memories of home. I don't know how they did it, but Homesick Candles managed to replicate the smell of home so well in this candle that it took my boyfriend back home immediately. Definitely worth my money:)
