Wanted this for so long, since I got the s8. Too expensive. Went on sale, and went for it. Keeps screen protected and very chic. Love it.

Just what i wanted.

I wanted a case that I didn't have to have a screen protector on for, as it's hard go find a good glass screen protector that will fit on a curved screen. This case is perfect for that! All I wanted was the flip cover but the fact that I can answer calls, see notifications, and change songs without opening the case are all pluses! It takes some time to get used to but I love it!

exactly what i wanted!

at first i was disappointed because i received the wrong product, but amazon corrected the issue and sent the correct one free of charge. And this case is exactly what i needed. stays closed but can still answer calls when it's closed. i was also worried it wouldn't work with my screen protector but i have not had any issues there. also keeps me from pocket dialing and is great to watch videos since it flips into a holder. can't beat this product!

Classy case with magic LED display

Samsung did this right. The cover offers excellent protection from scratches and drops. The cover is classy, nice color, and this magic LED display with time and a few other items shows up as soon as you close the cover. I don't use the flip feature much, but it works well and can be quite useful when using the phone as an alarm clock on a night stand.

One of the best cases I've had for any phone - top of the line and surprisingly very durable.

Amazing case, really protects the phone . I was concerned about drops on the edges but it magically protects it with the thin layer of the shell that your phone is locked into. The "through the case view" (and usage) is unmatched and an eye catcher. I hear "I thought that was already your phone, that's just the case?" which is fun to hear. Unique job by Samsung - and pretty amazing design that protects first, but is definitely a nice visual.

Gorgeous Design and Perfect fit

It has a gorgeous design and perfect fit for my phone. With magnetic cover, it stays well with closing the cover. Compared to earlier galaxy version, it added the function to make it stand up for watching the video files. Half cleared front cover makes it glared with the light. It doesn't look cheap like other non-Samsung brand cover cases.

Perfect or Not.... Depending on your needs!!!

I absolutely LOVE this case. There are a few negative points that I agree with but overall I ❤ it. This is the 3rd one I have purchased. Yes, that's right the THIRD one. I replace them bc I like the look of the new ones. I paid $60 for the first two. This time I purchased one from Amazon Warehouse at 50% off the original cost & I couldn't be happier, once again. In fact I am irritated I paid full price the other times haha. The #1 downside is that it doesn't provide much protection if dropped. Honestly, almost every time I drop it the phone goes flying from the case anyhow. But I do believe that having the case keeps me from dropping it at times that maybe I would. It provides additional grip with the way it needs to be held. The AOD screen isn't SUPER functional like they describe. But it does allow you to see incoming calls & notifications & makes it easy to differentiate between junk & things that matter. You can answer/reject calls, change a song (but only right after closing it) & see the display when the power button is pressed. You have to apply a little extra pressure on it to make it do what you want, can be fickle at times & takes patience getting used to. But in the end I LOVE IT!!! I purchase it over & over bc I love how sleek it is. Even though my screen is busted (since week 3 of owning this phone, 15 months ago) it looks beautiful & perfect with the case on it. It does protect against minor bumps & bangs but if it is dropped on concrete or tile do not expect this (or many cases) to protect it. That said, even though it has been dropped & busted.... thanks to this case the phone still looks sleek & as expensive as it really was. Nothing is perfect but this case makes me satisfied with what I have while making it look good at the same time. Phone is great.... Protecting it is a mission.

Makes using my phone a mindless protected fashion experience

It is a beautiful case and people actually say it is cool and ask me what kind of phone I have allot. When I use my phone I dont even want to think about unlocking it. I HATE pressing the power button every time to turn on the phone and to be honest biometrics of today is still slower than the power button. I love that I can open my screen which will automatically turn the phone screen on! I dont ever touch my home button. Also since the phone has edges, the case literally covers it so no problem is I drop my phone. You can also put the phone into a stand horizontally which I never thought I would use. One con is that the front that shows the screen on the front loves finger prints

Better then the S7's S-View case.

OEM quality and protection along with cool visual notifications. This case has the kick stand built in. It doesn't use the typical metal/plastic swing out leg, instead the whole case sits sideways (portrait) and their is a translucent rubberized coating on the front that allows the angel to be adjusting without the whole thing sliding, and keeping the angle you sit it at. It is pricey, but as they say, you get what you pay for.
