Works great for Ubiquiti routers and switches.

Excellent value!
These SFP adapters are an incredible value. They spare valuable Ethernet ports to be used for network devices instead of being used as uplinks. They cost much less than an SFP GBIC and LC-LC fiber cables. While they are not available in lengths for applications much beyond links within a rack, or to adjacent racks, they fill a need for low cost SFP links between switches in a rack. I used 2 of these to form an aggregated link between two Ubiquiti UniFi switches. I have a 48 port switch that is serving as a core switch, and an 8-port PoE switch to feed power and Ethernet to multiple UniFi WAPs. I used two of these to form a 2gbps aggregated uplink to the PoE switch. While the link aggregation was not strictly necessary, it is nice to not have a 1gbps bottle neck for multiple 1gbps devices on the PoE switch. Plus you have the redundancy if one should fail. Despite being listed as SFP+, these worked in the SFP ports on both switches, operating at 1gpbs (each). Works flawlessly with Ubiquiti / Unifi switches
I have two of these (Ubiquiti variants) connecting a US-16-XG aggregate 10GB switch with a US-48-500 and they work flawlessly.

Synology DS1819+ to Netgear MS510TX
Plug and play. Linked up a Mellanox ConnectX-3 MCX312A-XCBT to a Netgear MS510TX with a 1m cable. Boom, 10Gb full duplex connectivity.

Does what it claims
I got a 1M and 2M cables. I have these connected into Solarflare Nics and running through a Mikrotik switch with 10Gb uplinks. The cables were fully compatible with both devices and were seen immediately. Running iperf (default settings on UDP) I was able to get over 9.6GB a second through the link (quite good considering one of the devices is an Intel Pentium 5400 which was probably the limit of the processor and not the cable) with extremely low jitter (less then 0.003MS with it testing at 0.000 usually) and less then 0.1MS latency through the switch. Seems to be good quality build of cables and performs as advertised.
