Perfect size for Gardener's Supply 4 ft wide SunLite grow light stand
Five medium size 14.5" X 9.0" X 2.2" trays fit perfectly on each shelf of my indoor grow light stand from Gardener's Supply. Each holds a dozen 4x4 peat pots, which is what I transfer seedlings into for more growth before being ready to plant outdoors.

Strong plastic tray to be used over and over.
Perfect size for growing seedlings in rockwool. Can reuse many times over due to strong plastic sides and base. Ridges in base allow storage of extra water without drowning the rockwool.

Manufacturing defect
I purchased this item twice. The first purchase was flawless. They are in between the heavy duty 10 x 20 and the weakest you would buy at the garden centers as far as strength is concerned. My review has to do with several in the latest purchase that had weak spots in the bottoms due to the manufacturing process. These trays leak water and are not usable for what I need them for. I need this particular size to fit my needs but am apprehensive about buying more. Update: I guess the dealer read my review and immediately sent me a new batch of trays free of charge. That is exceptional customer service since I didn't actually ask for them. The new batch is flawless like the first and are in use now.

Good and strong
The trays are stronger than what I have used in the past. If size matters to you, be aware that these are a bit smaller than the usual. I can get 5 6-cell units it with about 3 or 4 cells left over (5 ⅓ units). Good and strong. These have no holes and are used to hold water for bottom feeding.

Great looking and sturdy
Trays are very strong. They are in my greenhouse and i have tomatoes, radishes, beets, and squash all growing from seed. The weather in las vegas is still hot so I fill the trays all with water in the morning to combat the heat. Trays are smaller than others that I have but i can put two on a shelf instead of growing a whole tray of 18 plants I can plant 10 -12 pots.

#6 Polystyrene - Updated
Great design and shape. This kind of plastic also poses a health risk, leaching potentially toxic chemicals, especially when heated. Most recycling programs won’t accept it. Now what do I do with my seedlings? Update: Response to a 2 star review. "The sheet material that we use is much more stable than polystyrene foam and was chosen for its lightweight and durable properties. It does not leach chemicals at the low temperatures used for germinating seeds and growing seedlings and is recyclable where local facilities allow. "

Nice size for holding 2" rose pots
Bought these to hold starts of hardwood cuttings that I'm rooting; wanted something fairly sturdy with no drainage holes so that I can add water to the tray and the pots can take it up from below. They are not super heavy-duty and will flex a little but are working very well for my purposes.

my bad for not reading their full description
Very well made but I ordered the wrong size... I put 10 x 20 in my search engine and these came up.. my bad for not reading their full description... will need to return these for the size I need.. delivery was very fast

Indeed stronger than a typical tray...
... But maybe just because they're half the size? Either way, the size is easier to move around once full of soil and seeds. It holds twenty 2" soil blocks with a 1/2" gap between rows. I do recommend.

Love these...
I love the plastic markers that can be used again and again. Makes it so much easier keeping track of which flower is which flower. The trays also work perfectly fit wise with the plant stand I just bought and put together today. Didn't know they would fit great together. It just happened and the stand is "Freestand Metal Scrollwork design 3 tier plant stand by MyGift". The stand is great too. Very happy with this purchase and will be buying more.
