Great Helmet for the $$$

I purchased a $200 miller helmet and would put the functionality of this one along side of it! You can tell the difference in the construction material, head strap adjustments, etc from a more expensive helmet... but when you're under the helmet you couldn't tell the difference.

It looks cool but most important it works like a hood should work, should last for a long while.

Great Value for the money

I purchased this helmet to replace mt $300.00 Miller Helmet. The response and adjustment settings are identical. I would definitely buy this again if needed.

Great for around the housers

Great helmet. Great price. Yes im very new to welding. But this is a great helmet. The auto dark works fantastic. I charged it by keeping under my kitchen light for the day. Then i used it to fix some welds on my cars exhaust. I did NOT get any fading or flickering. Worked just like it should. I've only had it 1 day so can not comment on how it holds up yet! But i dont see any reason why it shouldn't. Comes with a replacement screen. Screens and auto dark pieces are pretty cheap for this helmet if you so need to replace them.

Excellent mask and even stayed dark through long welds

This thing worked perfect. 1st off, make sure you attach head piece inside correctly so it sits the way it should on your face, that took 8 mins 2nd set it on 10 with the inside delay in max and the sensitivity in max The lens stayed clearish until i started welding then instantly turned dark and stayed dark until i stopped. Sometimes id weld for like a minute and it stayed dark the whole time. I had no issues with it pulsing or staying dark for a second like others stated. Absolutely no complaints on my end with this priduct

Received the helmet, put it together. Used it and loved it, it allows me to see the puddle and it definitely protected my face and eyes. I love this helmet

Gets the job done

Having not welded in nearly 10 years and picking it back up again I was just looking for a welding helmet to get the job done, and not some fancy 150+ dollar helmet, and for the price I think you would be hard pressed to find a better helmet. For me it does the job and the graphic is sweet no matter how dorky my wife thinks I am. Obviously you will not have the customization you do with more expensive helmets, but if you need a great quality helmet at a reasonable price I would recommend this to anyone.

Works like it is supposed to

Ordered this for my son after he lost his last one. He’s been using it daily for a several weeks now. If you knew my son you would understand what a testament to durability that is. Arrived quickly and seems to do fine at what it is designed for; I know he has not had any complaints.

Perfect budget helmet

I needed an second welding helmet for work and didn't want to spend much. I got this one and really like it. It's comfortable, easily adjustable, works fine. It's a great but fur $30 you can't go wrong. I use it every day without issue.
