If you can't get fresh this is the BEST no substitute

This is the best Parmesan cheese. I try to use freshly grated whenever possible but I always keep this on hand. One week I thought "what's the real difference I should just get the store brand" and it was gross- tasteless, so dry, and so clumpy. When topping spaghetti with it it was almost like it released oil and it never melted. And it had a weird yellow hue. This Kraft kind is always the best. It melts down over the top perfectly and it seems soft and not greasy.

Accept no substitute

I've tried other brands and generics. And other than shredding it yourself, there is none better. Don't be pennywise and pound foolish. You deserve the real deal.

The grated goodness we all know and love

Its the grated parmesan we all know and love. I may or may not use the same amount of parmesan that I do noodles when i make pasta...

As good as it always has been

Just a dependably-tasty basic grated parmesan. That means a lot these days with so much deterioration of quality going on with some our favorite old brands. I'm very fond of parmesan, will eat any acceptable brand and lots of it so I'm glad to report that I can still eat good old Kraft with a spoon when I really have a craving.:) This jar arrived well-packed, in perfect condition and I'll definitely be back for more.
