- 1.D-RING HANDLE :This handle is a universal replacement cable found in the arm of most major brands. It is used on recliners that have the handle in between the seat cushion and the arm.Handle size:is 2" x 2.5"
- 2.EXPOSED LENGTH 4.75"" :Critical Length for the cable as long as this measurement is correct it will work regardless of recliner brand.
- 3.This is not a critical length, better to be to long versus to short. Overall cable from top of handle to "S hook" length is approx. 36.5"
- 4.RELIABLE:Made of High quality plastic and aluminum
- 5. As long as the critical length is correct it will fit most recliner brands. Using existing screws are recommended and not included.

Simple replacement, works well.
Works great, priced right, I have no complaints. The cables are well made, have a nice spring on the end to keep tension on them at all times (so they don't come lose) and the handle seems robust enough to stand up to normal use. For the price, i'm happy. Fixing my recliner was about a 10 minute ordeal. Wish I had done it sooner.

Fixed my recliner surprisingly affordably!
This thing fit perfectly. For months I have had vice grips holding things together. For only $10, my recliner is working perfectly and I have a spare should the cable fail in the future. Very easy to replace too. Thank you.

Worked great on Lazy Boy sectional couch
A friend broke the one in our couch and this worked great as a replacement. No special tools needed, Just tip forward one of the sections where it is located. Remove the old one and install the new one.

It Just Works!
I have two old recliners with two busted parachute cables so I bought these to replace the old ones. The installation was tough but that was due to my recliners and not the cables themselves. The ones that I installed have been working flawlessly so far and for the price, you can't go wrong. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for new cables.

We were considering replacing our recliner but on a whim decided to see if we could procure a part to replace the pulley. Was a little longer than we needed but still solved the problem. My recliner is back in working order.

Works Perfectly!!!
My husband had the reclining sofa fixed in about 15 minutes; and most of the time was him looking for his tools:) Saved us a bundle, because we were thinking we'd have to buy another one, or just explain to everyone that the middle chair was no longer a "recliner." As many great deals as I find on Amazon, and there are a LOT, believe me, this is one that makes me the happiest. And we have another replacement at hand, too.

Works perfectly!
Worked perfectly for our sectional and was super easy to install!! So excited that this was a cheap fix that I could do myself. Just a quick tip, when removing the old release cable, pay close attention to how it’s hooked up. That way when installing the new one you’ll know exactly what to do.

Smooth pull, great spring, easy install
These went on so easily. I was hesitant to install them myself but it was stupid easy! These have the spring in them which pull the handle back out of the way once you pull them. The original one kept getting sat on and the metal connecting the handle frayed and started poking us and scratching the sofa after a year, these have been perfect. I don't see any issue with them and the handle action has a far smoother "trigger pull" if you will.

Awesome replacement part!
These were GREAT. They weren't the ones that came with my sectional originally, but it is one of those situations where it was BETTER then the original. It was not easy taking the original clips out, so be aware, I ended up getting some snips and broke the clamps on the original part, which was fine because it was going in the trash anyway. Old/New picture attached. Notice there's only a thin clear plastic sleeve on the old one between the handle and the bracket that mounts to the recliner. The new ones have a thick black sleeve all the way up to the handle and a spring on the other end, which helps with retraction.

Great product, may require a bit of tweaking as it's universal fit.
After I broke the original cables on my sectional recliner I kept hacking together fixes with spare brake cable parts. After those solutions failed a third time I decided to stop being stubborn and get some legit recliner cable replacements. :) This cable has an S hook cable end instead of the loop type end that was on my original, but it fit without issue. The cable stop also isn't an exact match, but does slip on to the original cable stop mount just fine. There was an annoying little bit of rocking / play on the cable stop mount when initially pulling the cable, but that was easily fixed with a zip tie. The cable is longer than necessary, but I was able to get everything positioned with no problem. I've seen other reviewers mention no special tools are needed, but on my recliner I did need a torx driver to remove the upper cable plate. Not a problem for me, but torx drivers aren't the most common household tool. Just a heads up. The new cables pull smooth and my handles function has been restored, possibly better than stock as the spring tension has a slightly firmer and sturdier feel. Recommended.
