The first unit I received was damaged with a cracked outer shell. I contacted Amazon customer service and they got another unit to me right away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service. The unit is a little noisy but works perfectly for my application

Works better than expected and easy. Great value. Use it in our RV as we live in very humid state. Saw the difference it makes in using and not using dehumidifier in an RV between old RV and this one. A must have. It's quality machine.

Works great for my basement. I had a lot of moisture down there and after a few days of constant running it was loads better. Noise doesn't bother me in the basement. Barely hear it on the main floor (only if I put my ear up to the basement door). I use a hose and just run it continuously.

Works like a dream, quiet, quick, effective, programable. We always have it on in the basement and we fill a bucket everyday then use it to flush the toilet! Free water! But why don't these things have a pour spout. The bucket corners are so awkward to pour from, it inevitably spills water when you empty it.

Fast delivery as promised!! Installed in basement and works very well; very pleased. (Note: When ordering we wondered how to specify that we wanted the 'CONTINUOUS DRAINING'...OPTION...it does not have to be specified as each unit comes with BOTH the Bucket or the Continuous Draining option available at installation.) I hesitate to mention this...because we are very pleased with the high quality and wonderful instruction book that came with the unit...but a call to Customer Service and a conversation with a KNOWLEDGEABLE TECH solved the problem quickly: [ There is an important bit of information missing from the instruction book: to set the desired humidity level, the CONTINUOUS DRAINING LIGHT MUST BE OFF! Once we pressed that button and the light went off, we had no trouble setting the automatic controls.] The Keystone Energy Star 70-pint humidifier has been operating flawlessly ever since! Thank you Keystone and Amazon!!

This product is a beast. I've had it running day and night for almost 90 days and no issues. Easy to empty and beeps when full. I was going to use it just for a little moisture cpming in due to the heavy rains until we renovate the basement, but now I run it 24/7. I'm amazed at the amount of water it pulls out of the air. Update: our area had a lot of rain and everyone's basement flooded. Ours would have too but this little machine kept up the leak. The only downside is it made the basement a thousand degrees. 110% could double as a space heater for 600sqft. We emptied it every 4 hours during the storms and only had one damp spot. We have since remodeled the basement and fixed the leak but it has a home in the downstairs closet incase we ever need it. Best investment I have made on our home so far.

We live in the Midwest and purchased this last year to try to keep our windows from freezing over. This is the 2nd winter that we have used it and it works wondrously. No frozen windows even during the "Polar Vortex" with the -0 temps. Yes it does make noise, but it is not distracting or overwhelming. It's working hard so whatever noise it makes doesn't bother us!. It is easy to empty and maintain. Highly recommended.

Excellent product. Works efficiently to reduce humidity. Wife was sweating in a cool house. Noticeable change in one day. Quiet operation and automatically turns off when humidity setting reached. Two story townhouse, 2100 sg ft.

Continuous drain is easy to set up - the adapter hose slides in through the back and on to a probe in the area where the catch bucket sits, and two screws stabilize the adapter for when you attach the garden hose (not included). Plugged it in, registered 67% humidity and within minutes the humidity started declining. Even on turbo the fan was quiet...No rattling like other reviews have said. Had a keystone kstad70b that lasted 4 years, so hopefully this model (the 70c) lasts as well but time will tell. Great value for less than $200. If it proves to last I'll never buy a different model. UPDATE I quickly started to have a problem of the water going into the bucket even with the continuous drain adapter installed. Turns out the factory length clear hose was about a half centimeter too long - it created a bend that didn't allow the water to drain properly. Trimmed the clear hose slightly for a snug and straight fit and no more issues with continuous draining.

Easy to set up ... started to use within 5 minutes. For a week I emptied the bucket (~3 /day dropping to 1/day as humidity dropped to my desired 50%). Once stabilized I installed the continuous drain and now it just operates on its own. I bought a humidity meter to double check humidity levels and they agree within <5%. In the picture they both read 50% but typically the small monitor reads 3-5% lower. I con't know which is closer to the truth. While not silent, the sound level seems reasonable. We use the unit in our semi-finished basement/exercise room. The look of the unit is very nice and does not detract from the room. Really like the unit and recommend it.
