Just what i was looking for

I'm a fisherman and love thies to put my hooks in and keep them from rusting they are great for this. Now i have a supply of them that shoul last me for mome time.

Exactly what I was looking for. Brand new, clean containers. I make pens on my lathe. These are perfect for organizing and storing all the different bushings I have.

Multi use canisters

I have a year old son and we are always looking for new projects to keep his attention and to help him learn. These film canisters are perfect for that. You can decorate them and then fill them with beans or rice to make a rattle, or you can use them in an arts and craft building project. The lids are tough to get off so they are protect a child from getting to anything you might fill them with. They also may great traveling cases for pills or loose change.

We had two Lego advent calendars. Except for one ...

We had two Lego advent calendars. Except for one day's, each day's broke down and fit into one of the empty film canisters. The canisters fit back into the holes with room to spare. I think we'll do this again next year. I'm going to use the extras to keep some of the other small parts from the other Lego sets in when we tear them down too.

Haven't seen film in ages but these things are still as useful as ever.

As a mechanic who's always losing small parts when working on equipment I love these things. I even gave some to the other guys at work.

Great canisters. I use them for storing drill for diamond painting. Good quality. Lids are tight. I use a metal object to get the lids off. Very happy with these.

Just what I needed

Good deal. Needed fast and received quickly. Had enough to give every kid 3 each and didn't have any 'dud' seals that I know of. Glad I picked this offer.

Convenient With Tight Fitting Lids

First off, the ad is somewhat misleading in the wording that indicates these hold 8 ounces; not hardly. A normal fill up of water with room for the cap only yields 30ml or just a shade over 1 ounce. A letter to the vendor indicating same has been sent and this nebulous wording has been pointed out. Quite possibly, the reference to 8 ounce might be in regards to something in the plastics industry as an identifier but to the average consumer, it indicates a little container will hold 8 ounces. The lids on these are tight and it does take some effort to get them off but the advantage is that in a leak test of water, nothing spilled out. I like the design in that the lid diameter is just a tad larger than the diameter of the body proper and this prevents the lid from coming off if it catches something in your pocket or when placed in a storage box. Serrated edges on the lid aid in the removal. These are nice for storage of small parts, pills and all the tiny things we seem to lose. I bought the white containers as you can write on them with a Sharpie and you can do it also on the opaque units; black containers, not so much. 60 of them for 12.69 and free shipping, a deal for me. To make it clear, that is 60 containers AND 60 lids, not 60 'pieces' as some vendors advertise. Photo enclosed, not much to show. They are film containers.

bought to use in alka selzer rocket experiments

Some of the canisters didn't seal as tightly as I would have liked so the rockets sometimes fizzled. Otherwise product was fine.

Received quickly, exactly as described

Will be using this product to hold aluminum oxide powder, used for sharpening carving tools. Very tight seal on cap. Printed labels in inkjet printer, which seem to stick and hold up. Would recommend and buy again.
