I love this electric skillet so much. It browned my hamburger and hotdogs. Boiled my cauliflower. It never cycled off once so it kepted a even temp. I had tried a number of other ones, cheaper and am so glad i saved my money till i could buy this one. Reviews on youtube are good. I'm almodt 66 had a few of these, this is the best one😊👍 Beautiful chicken👍

Great customer service

I LOVE this pan! I was out of town when it was delivered. When I finally opened the box one of the handles was pretty much shattered. I contacted the seller (on a Saturday!) and received a new one the very next day. Super happy with their customer service. And the pan has been great so far.

Really Jumbo Size - Good For Big Family

This Deep Dish Jumbo 16" electric skillet was ordered for a friend whose other skillet wore out and after searching decided on this one. Was very impressed with the overall quality but said "it is huge" and too big for use by just one person food would get lost but definately perfect for a big family. Only reason my friend decided to return and look for a smaller one more suitable to their needs.

Love This Well-designed Heavy duty skillet!

The Elite platinum heavy duty electric skillet exceeded my expectations of what a large skillet should be. I have grilled a whole salmon using a little butter and spices and the result was excellent. I’ve made steak potatoes for the family By using a little oil and the results were compliments from everyone. The skillet is a nice design with a small steam escape for excess steam. The temperature selector control is easy and accessible. It has a WARM setting which I like. The lid is made of heavy glass and fits well on the skillet. The cleanup is so easy, I have yet to cook something that will stick. Warm soapy water and a rinse is all it takes . If you’re looking for a skillet that’s better than most small ones, being deeper and larger and can cook anything, this is the one I recommend.

Elite Platinum Jumbo Electric Skillet

Seems really well made. I have used it at least five times and it worked perfectly. It is large. Plenty of room to cook soups or several packages of hamburger. It is really very useful. I bought this 2 years ago and it is still working perfectly. I just wanted to let anyone that has concerns about it lasting that the one I have is doing great and I use it about 3 times per week. If you have a family of 5 this is a great pan to have in your home.

I needed a large skillet for frying large batches of Chickem parm or Shrimp Scampi. I had a Rival electric skillet that would not get hot enough, so the food would soak in grease too long, take forever to cook and cooked unevenly. I got frustrated, gave it away and looked on Amazon for a new option. I ended up with the Elite Platinum EG-6203 Skillet after reading many reviews and descriptions of all the options. This is big enough, lightweight for its size, heats up effectively and cleans up great! Love it! I think the fact that the heating element is built into the pan makes all the difference! My old one had a pan that sat on top of the heating element. I am so happy to finally have a large skillet that functions as I need it to! I do NOT put any of it in the dishwasher (by choice) so I can’t comment on that aspect. It’s a great product and it has been a pleasure to use. Storing room isn’t an issue for me (I keep it in a big drawer under my stovetop), but I can see that it could be a concern for some with its size. Otherwise, I highly recommended!!

Heavy Duty Non-Stick Grill/Pan

This super heavy duty Deep Dish Non-Stick Grill/Pan is so awesome! You can pretty much cook anything within it. One of my favorite meals is fried chicken. Instead of getting the heavy cast iron out I just bring this grill out plug it in and wait nearly seconds for it to get up to temp to start heating the oil. The lid make it easy to not get burnt with the flying grease and easy to see what's going on while it's covered. The non-stick coating makes it an easy clean each time but if are like me and get tired of cleaning you can always through this sucker in the dishwasher. Since my dishwasher is old I make sure I dry it off before putting it away. This 8 quart grill is great for large families. Just don't forget to unplug it when you are finished!

THIS IS A GREAT SKILLET

This is the best electric skillet I have ever owned! The deep bowl and the large size make it ideal for cooking just about anything. What I really liked was the heating element. Instead of the normal 2 sided burner, this burner covers the entire bottom of the pan. No more burnt foods on the outer portion of the pan, and under cooked foods in the center of the pan. I highly recommend this skillet!

Best electric fry pan

I have used several less expensive electric fry pans over the years. I use them often and have had to replace them several times. I have tried different brands and was never fully satisfied with the quality. I found this one and was concerned that I would have same issues of uneven heating surface and and temperature control despite the higher cost. After the first use I knew the quality of the pan was superior to the other cheaper brands. I am very pleased with the pan. I use it for several types of dishes and I have been pleased with the results. The temperature is easily controlled, the heating surface is even, the pan does not discolor above the coils and it cleans easily with the non stick surface. Highly recommend this pan.

easy to clean

Cooks well, easy to clean. While the product info on the listing says it's dishwasher safe, the manual says it is not. However, I see from previous questions answered that the manual is being updated. Worked fine after the dishwasher.
