Super versatile travel tool

I saw where some other reviewers used this strap to attach their car seats to their umbrella strollers so I purchased this for that purspose. I have a Graco Contender convertible carseat and needed to attach it to my Kolcraft Cloud umbrella stroller. I didn't realize before receiving the strap that the base of my seat didn't fit well into my stroller due to how narrow the stroller is, so I thought the strap wouldn't work but I decided to try it anyway, and attach the seat to our luggage if it didn't work. Not only did it secure the seat to the very narrow stoller, it feels super secure and doesn't tip the stroller when too much weight is placed on either end. I don't think my two year old will like how reclined the seat is, but if he complains I will let him walk and it will still be a much easier way to travel with the seat and stroller. Renting a carseat for the week in our rental vehicle would have been $70 so this was much more cost effective, and I know our seat has been handled properly and is safe.

This product is amazing! Super simple to use and extremely durable! Made traveling with two kids by myself super easy! I was going to get carseat trollies but could not figure out how I would pull the trollies and my suitcase all at once. Came across this and it is awesome! I will be getting another for my sons carseat if we happen to fly again and my husband is with! Definitely recommend this product for traveling!

Perfect and neccessary accessory for the airport

I used this belt to attach my toddler's car seat to her umbrella stroller instead of a suitcase. It worked well and I didn't have to carry 2 pieces to the airplane gate because of this belt. My toddler sat in her car seat while it was attached to her umbrella stroller and I pushed both pieces together. It was a great idea by another reviewer below which also showed pictures. A life saver for the airport.

A must have

Love this product. I had previously purchased the one that comes with the rings on the top and both ends but this one is way better and feels much sturdier. I definitely recommend this product if you are going to put your car seat on the plane with you for the little one to be comfy in. My son is 2.5 and hangs much better in his car seat than the normal seat because he can't fall asleep in it. The straps tightens on securely to the carry on roller bag and rolls right down the aisle of the plane still attached so you aren't going down the aisle with child, carry on, diaper bag, and seat (I travel alone w/ 2 yr old so this is extremely important to me!).

Makes dealing with a car seat while traveling much easier

This is a simple, but well designed product. Dealing with a heavy car seat while traveling has always been a hassle. Our primary car seat is great, but it weighs around thirty pounds and can be unwieldy when you’re also dealing with bags. We bought another car seat for travel, the Evenflo Maestro. It’s basically a beefy booster seat crosses with a front facing car seat. It’s only 13lbs and airline certified when used with the harness. We strapped that to a carryon roller with the Car Seat Travel Belt and it’s a breeze to haul through airports and even up the aisle on an airliner.

Amazing

This was an amazing product it worked with my son's front facing car seat through MSP (Minneapolis/St. Paul) airport and MCO (Orlando). So many people asked if I custom made this strap and as tempting as it was to take credit I told them the truth. I had at least 20 people approach me and ask me about it and so many people in the distance stating that that's an amazing idea or they wish they did what I did. So yes I am waiting for my advertising royalties lol. Overall amazing product.

Perfect solution!

This belt was so handy on our last trip! Traveling with an infant in a rear-facing car seat that snaps into the stroller was easy. But once she became a toddler, and required a big girl car seat, we didn't know how we were going to lug it all around, much less fit it into the rental car. Attaching the car seat to the carry-on suitcase was already a good idea, but I still wasn't sure if she could ride in it while it was attached, and we would still have to drag the stroller with us. I read a review suggesting that you strap the car seat to an umbrella stroller, and it worked! Just as simple as snapping the infant seat onto a stroller, this was the answer to all of our problems! Just make sure that your car seat fits well into the umbrella stroller, and that it doesn't exceed stroller weight limits with baby on board. It was so easy to disassemble and reassemble for security and at the gate. We just left her in the car seat and carried her on to the plane, leaving the stroller to be stowed. Best idea ever! I'm so glad I found this.

AMAZING PRODUCT

We recently went traveling and I’m so glad we bought this strap because it made our travels much easier! My son has always been a big boy so I automatically knew I didn’t want to be carrying him all over the airport especially when we would be in a rush. So this strap allowed us to put him on his car seat while moving him and our bags. I cannot stress enough of how this is the BEST PURCHASE we made for our trip. We paired it with this light Cosco car seat instead of our Graco Extend2fits and it paired well because I feel like our graco car seats would've been too heavy. Also, people kept giving us compliments on this! They kept telling us that it was such a smart idea and that they were getting one too so they wouldn’t have to carry their kids or bring a stroller along!

Great accessory for easy car seat travel

I am so happy we bought and used this car seat strap on our trip to Mexico. I was concerned we would be struggling to lug the heavy and awkward car seat from the airport to the rental car to the ferry and back again but this product made is SO easy. It secured well to our carry-on roller bag and did not flop around. We have a Graco Contender 65 convertible car seat. Our daughter is 34 lbs and I wouldn’t suggest putting her in it and wheeling it around while it is attached. That would be too much pressure on the handle of the roller bag. This might work for some people with smaller children although the instructions say not to put children in the car seat while it is attached to the bag. I did rate the durability with 3 stars because the material was almost cut entirely through on the far end after our trip on the ferry. Not sure what happened but it is still usable and even if it wasn’t I would still buy another one because it is so convenient. Sometimes you never know what baggage handlers do with your luggage but in this case they were less than careful. I would highly recommend this product.
