Great Liquid Fertilizer - Highly Recommend
So far I have seen great results with the purchase and use of Advanced 16-4-8 Balanced NPK- Lawn Food Natural Liquid Fertilizer. I have just under an acre of lawn and was able to apply it just over 2 weeks ago, and have already seen a difference in color and overall health of my grass. I live in the Maryland area and my lawn in predominantly a mix of fescue, rye, and bluegrass. The lawn has been established for over 40 years (I have owned it for 4 years), but I have only recently been treating it well. Based on the initial reviews, I choose this product, and so far have seen very good results. I look forward to continued health and growth of my lawn from using this fertilizer.

I like the concept (sprayer + fertilizer) and it does work ...
I like the concept (sprayer + fertilizer) and it does work for my lawn. I am in Virginia and after several days of 100F temperature this product has given a new life to my lawn. Also, their customer service is excellent: during the shipment, one of the sprayers was banged up a leaked. After contacting them, I received a replacement within a week.

Wow! See my before and after photo.
All I can say is WOW! One application and 15 days later look at the difference.

HEALTHY GREEN LAWN IN THE DESSERT
GOOD CHIT MAYNARD! . People ask me all the time if my lawn is fake. I recommend these products. I live in the Albuquerque metro so lawns dont come easy. Over the past many years i have conditioned my soil and tried sod and seed. Never succeeded like I wanted. Then I found and started using these products. I received no compensation for this review. I'll try to post pics.

It works!
I found the product to be well made and the container quite sturdy. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The valve to operate was smooth and didn't leak. The nozzle made a nice pattern that was easy to control while applying the product. I didn't notice any overwhelming chemical scent which was a relief. Our grass is newly planed sod, Tiffway419, and I wanted to help it get through its first Arizona summer. The temperatures reach 113F on the worst days. I had some slight yellowing in some spots, they returned to a lush green in several days the followed. I was able to get 3 feeding out of the bottle, it would be nice to have more but then the product would possibly be too heavy for some users. I plan on using this a few more times this summer and likely will use it on the winter rye.

Very pleased with results
I was just about to investigate the cost of an artificial lawn. Living in CA with all our rain woes had my grass looking pa-the-tic!! Out of desperation and against the advice of my landscaper (he said not to fertilize in the heat of the summer) I tried this product. WOW!!! Three days and already a huge improvement despite triple digit heat. I am reordering. I only wish I had taken a before picture, but I really didn't think this product was going to work as well as it did.

Best Fertilizer! No Burn!!!
I absolutely love your product. I have hybrid bermuda grass and I live in Bakersfield California. Our summers can be brutal with temperatures over 110 Most fertilizers cant be used over 85 because of burn. But your product did not burn my grass at all! It has also made it very thick and green! I will continue to buy your product again and again. Thank you for making a great fertilizer I posted a before and two after pictures.

Dominate your neighbors!
I'm a first time millennial homeowner so of course I turned to YouTube to teach my how to take care of my bermuda lawn. I watched a lot of The Lawn Care Nut in addition to reading a couple academic literature papers. I've learned that the best NPK ratio for bermuda grass is a 3-1-2 so I recently purchased Simple Lawn Solution's Advanced 16-4-8 liquid fertilizer and that stuff is awesome. I saw results almost immediately on my bermuda grass when used in conjunction with a full dose of milorganite. I also ordered their liquid aeration solution in order to really get the product into the clay. Core aeration was an option, but I didn't want all the clay plugs sitting on top of my lawn where it would dry up, get hard, and inhibit sun and moisture from getting into the grass as clay usually gets compacted. I used a chapi hose g362d hose end sprayer and applied at the recommended rate. I also mixed in a blue indicator dye to aid in evenly distributing the product across my lawn. I will be throwing down some Lesco granular starter fertilizer(15-5-10) in a month in addition to laying down my Fall pre-emergent. I love how straightforward and easy to use the products from Simple Lawn Solutions are and plan on continuing to support their products. I will probably try their humic/fulvic stuff next to further my neighborhood lawn domination

Great product and glad I gave it a shot!
I purchased the 16-4-8 product as I had a long neglected lawn - kids, job, life all got in the way and while I'd start off each spring with the best of intentions, by late-June I was just coasting by. This year I took an honest assessment of my lawn and the inherent deficiencies. Bare spots, moss and weeds were more common than the mix of grass that was growing due to occasional overseeding as I attempted to fix what couldn't be fixed. After a soil test I found that the pH was low and that the lawn needed most any nutrient I could apply, particularly Phosphorus. I started in spring with some competitors granulated fertilizer with weed killer and lime, but as June rolled around I was already going down the same path of neglect. So I decided that I'd stick with it if I could do something easier that would actually take into account the soil test results. While initially I looked for granular products to spread I selected the 16-4-8 due to the ease of application, the reviews, and the fact I didn't have to go to my local big box home store to stare at 30 different products. Because even if I pick a product that is half the cost of this I'll end up spending money on something else that I really don't need. So I might as well save some gas, some time, and overall aggravation and shop on Amazon. Reviews were positive, so I figured why not. I applied the product on a Sunday evening as my kids would be in school all week and not playing on the lawn. The results weren't immediate but despite the lingering drought in the northeast as well as the current heat wave the grass has greened up and it seems that the bare spots are starting the shrink. I'm pretty happy with the results, and will get other products from the company in the future. There is a definite improvement in the lawn; I'll be honest I still have a long way to go but my lawn was pretty sad to start with! That was nearly a month ago and I'm looking forward to seeing how well the grass improves as I stick with it (despite the pleadings of my wife and my physician, this is easier than going to the gym so I think the odds are better). If there is one aspect I would suggest for improvement it would be a better explanation of the non-NPK products, including why I should pick one (or any) over just a normal fertilizer application. Or even better, sell me a box every spring with every product I need for the next six months with a sheet telling me when to apply it! I'd buy that every spring! Thanks for making a great product that is easy to use and effective! ======================= Ok. So I didn't stick with it as well as I should have. After my early June application I started slacking off again. Kids, travel for work, the on-going drought. Around late November I took a look around, tossed down some lime and big box store winter fertilizer (granular) and some lime and reminded myself how much I liked this product. And prepared for a dismal winter in New England and thought about the summer to come. First off, another soil test. pH was low (5.5), and Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P) was both deficient - pretty evident since I was already getting violets pushing through despite the lime last fall and the winter fertilizer. At least the Potash in the winter fertilizer came through. First - 45 pounds of calcitic lime on 3000 square feet of lawn. Second - where is that 16-4-8 Simple Lawn Solutions bottle? I remembered keeping it so I could order the gallon bottle if I liked it (I never did order it). Found it, in the garage. Right where I put it. Grabbed my phone and saw there was a coupon for a gallon - at 2.5 times the price of the 32oz it seems like the right option so I hit buy. Shows up. Waited three days for it to stop raining and just put it down tonight. Confirmed I was able to reuse the old bottle, meaning if you're using multiple bottles of this stuff order big. I figure I'll lay down at least two more applications of this stuff before I switch to the same company's winter stuff (depending on the results of a fall soil test). I'm not going to beat that price at my big box store. Third - ordered another Simple Lawn Solutions product that is 6-19-0 with root hume (Extreme Grass Growth Lawn Booster). I figure that will set me down the path for a non-deficient soil chemistry. I hope. Stay tuned for more from 2019.

The results are OVERNIGHT fantastic! Dull
Okay LAWN FANS, I'm back to the well to draw more Advanced 16-4-8 Balanced NPK for my lawn! This is my third(?) multi-bottle order. Guess they're not really bottles ... the product is packaged in its very own dispenser that hooks up to the hose. The results are OVERNIGHT fantastic! Dull, listless lawn one day, and a deep green perky lawn the very next day! One of my neighbors caught me applying the product this morning and said: "Your lawn is making the rest of our lawns look bad"! Two of my neighbors use TruGreen services and have in-ground irrigation systems. I replied to my neighbor; "Let your conscience be your guide"! Get the NPK twofer; i.e. a beautiful green lawn AND jealous neighbors!
