Great sound, great price. Recommended.

This is a superb lightweight headphone. It is well made and comfortable to wear long term even for big heads like mine. I use this with my laptop for Skype, Viber, etc and it works great. Folks on the other end hear me clearly. Even my tablet had no problem in recognizing this and using it right away. t also has the stereo 1/8 connector to use with your phone or mp3 player. Very glad I got this. Just what I wanted. Highly recommend it.

High quality Mpow USB headset for a very resonable price

These USB headsets are great. They are high quality, light, and have excellent ambient noise rejection, they are very comfortable even if you wear glasses. We were just testing several of these with our support agents using InContact and now we will replace all of our headsets with the Mpow USB headsets. I would highly recommend these headsets for personal or professional use.

Fabulous!

This headset is amazing! I got it for work. When I was in training (working from home) I was so nervous because my dog was barking intermittently. NO ONE HEARD MY DOG IN THE BACKGROUND! Love this headset! Worth every penny. Very comfortable too! I even fell asleep wearing it and didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend.

LOVE THEM, FLEXIBLE, PRICED WELL AND MORE!

I have purchased FOUR of these over the last year. Bought two for employees who made calls for me, one for myself personal use and taking calls and one for a friend so she can work out hands free on the treadmill while talking on the phone. We all LOVE them. They are no "small" headphone, but larger and very comfortable, ear pieces are heavily and softly foam padded and rotate 180 degrees for a comfortable fit. The microphone is extremely flexible and moves wherever you like at anytime, up, down, to the side or any way you like. The head strap is heavy plastic and also adjustable for comfort. These headphones work wonderful with your computer and/or cell phone. You can take calls, listen to music or any audio file. The cord for the headset leading to the input jack is long and comfortable as well so you can throw your phone in your pocket while walking and listening and/or talking and it doesn't get in your way or hang down so much that it's annoying or cumbersome. The headset comes wrapped securely in packaging, and includes a manual. The only thing none of these headsets had is the small "mute" component that is shown on the picture for advertising. I use the actual mute and volume button on my phone or computer when is use. Not one of the headset cords had that component as shown in the advertisement for the listing and as mentioned I bought a total of four of them all at different times throughout the last year. However, there is a work around as mentioned utilizing your computer or phones volume and mute buttons so it wasn't a terrible inconvenience to me. I've included "actual" photos of my own personal headset so you can see all the items mentioned in this review. If you can live without the controller on the cord itself you will absolutely love these headhphones- the price is fantastic, quality is terrific- buy them! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome sound and quality

These are very good headphones and are compatible with all of my devices which is very convenient! They worked on my iPhone, MacBook Pro, desktop PC and my PS4. The headphones are actually high quality material which is great for this price and I have had no complaints of others not being able to hear me or me sounding muffled while playing PS4. The feature that I like most about the headphones is that they are comfortable to wear. When wearing headphones for a long period of time they can sometimes become uncomfortable, that is not the case with these headphones. I would recommend these headphones especially for the price.

Exceptional Product For Phone Phanatics

I spend at least six hours of my workday on the phone. I've tried everything to make the experience a bit more tolerable from earbuds, a single ear earbud, Bluetooth headsets, and a very expensive professional USB headset. I have to say that this item, especially at this price point, beats them all. There are a couple of exceptions, but overall this is an outstanding product. First, you need to know that the audio output is optimized for voice, it's got a lot of bass and only marginal high end. It makes voice sound tremendous, especially when others are on speakerphone, which happens often in conference calls. If you like a lot of lows, I suppose you could listen to music on it, but that's not what it seems to be designed for. The bass isn't muddy, there's just a lot of it. The earpads are extremely comfortable, not so large that they cover up the entire ear, but they sit on the ear so you can not get the dreaded "sweaty ear" that comes with being stuck on an endless call and not being able to remove your earpads. There is also a cushion on the part of the headband that touches the top of the head, which adds considerably to the comfort. The headband is expandable, and I had plenty of expansion room left after adjusting it for my head. You can use the unit in two ways, either attached directly to your phone or computer using the mini-plug at the end of the headset cord or attached to your computer using the USB control. The sound of your voice coming out of the unit is very good on either device, although you can only have the mic on the left side of your face. I've spent years using mics on the right side of my face when they're not built into an earbud device, so it's a bit of an adjustment for me, but doesn't affect the performance of the product at all. The real 'secret weapon" of this device is the USB connector and control. You attach the full-size USB plug to your computer and the device is recognized and installed on the computer. You then plug the mini plug into the USB unit and you're good to go. Once the USB device is added to your computer, some very helpful things happen. First, the volume controls for the audio you hear are controlled by the little four button box on the USB dongle, but instead of being changed in the box itself, the volume changes are handled by your computer. Much better way to deal with that than letting the headset itself "own" the volume control. One thing not totally made clear in the description or photos is that there is a button on the control dongle for the headset mic. When the mic is open, you see a blue light as shown in the attached photo. When you've muted the mic, the button turns red. Anyone who has gotten caught saying something the group wasn't supposed to hear or going into a coughing fit on a call will benefit from knowing for sure if the mic is open or closed. It's a great feature, along with volume controls you can easily discern by feel and a mute control for the audio output. As I've said, I've used a ton of different products to live through hours on the phone. I'd put this item up against just about any of them, even the "professional" headsets that cost four times as much. Again, a very impressive product.

Works well, good price

It is really important to invest in a good-quality headset for conducting online work. Being on a limited budget, I purchased this one. So far, they work very well! Comfortable, the audio is clear, microphone works well. It plugs in two ways: headphones jack, and USB port. With USB port there is an extension that connects to the headphones jack. This USB extension has buttons where you can control the audio from the headset. I don't see a need to purchase one of the more expensive headsets at this time, so I would definitely recommend this kind.

Great product for the price

I have an online teaching job. This headset is great for that because I am able to mute my surroundings when I am in the virtual classroom so the students can't hear me. If I need to, I am also able to mute both sides. This will mute the student and me. I love the cushion on the top of the head piece. I also love the the headset is not restricting and can be used on any device requiring an audio jack in addition to the computer plug in seen in the picture.
