Works great for my TMJ

Works great for my TMJ. I "customized" it to fit my mouth by snipping off some parts that bothered me while sleeping, then reheated it to soften the edges. Perfect. I sleep like a well behaved baby. I had a dentist want to charge me $1200 for a mouth guard, I'm happy with this for a much more reasonable price. Sheesh.

Easy, simple to use and IT WORKS!

I suffer from grinding my teeth while sleeping for years. This has lead to dental bills the last few years. With this product it has made a big difference. It small, wears in front and keeps my back teeth from grinding. The directions were very simple, if not then let a 10 year old help you for you're incapable of following simple diredtions. Excellent product for the price.

I used this last night; %100 better than the type that cover all your teeth. My dentist recommended that I get this type of guard because it prevents the back teeth from touching, which prevents the higher tension grinding. Worked like a charm!!! Slept like a baby again. This is the guard!!

A product that does what it's suppose to!

For anyone suffering from TMJ read closely! Mouth guards that allow your teeth in the back to touch while you sleep are useless! You're still grinding...trust me! The guard that covers your front teeth is preventing you from being able to clench and grind while you sleep because your back teeth aren't touching. Several years ago I had a dentist tell me it would cost around $8,000.00 to properly fix my TMJ. I suffered through the agony until I found a dentist who told me TMJ could be alleviated by a simple $124.00 mouth piece. He molded a little piece of plastic that he had me bite my front teeth into. I wore my guard religiously at bedtime and never anymore problems. My review on this comes from the need to replace my guard after my daughter's dog decided he wanted mine for a chew toy....little jackass! I needed a new one and so did my sis. I might mention that years ago my sis had TMJ surgery only to have the jaw issue resurface with a vengeance. Her dentist made her special mouth guards that still allowed her to clench and grind. She suffered horribly. I explained what my dentist told me and why regular mourh guards don't work for TMJ. She was so miserable she gave this mouth guard a shot. So far so good! One thing nice about the process of forming this guard is that if you get it wrong you just do the process over until you get the right fit. I would recommend this for anyone suffering from TMJ!

Best mouth guard

Wow! Just wow! This mouth guard has changed my sleeping habits for the BETTER. before I would grind through all my mouth guards. This one forces my jaw to relax and now I sleep all the way through the night. I don’t wake up with any headaches or jaw pain anymore. I am going through a bit of an adjustment period with my muscles not being use to be grinding every night, but the soreness is nowhere near the pain I was use to feeling for years. I tried massage therapy, TMJ adjustment, even specialty mouth guards. This WORKS above everything else I’ve tried. I use to think my headaches were caused by the way I slept, but instead it was my jaw being clenched and me grinding my teeth! This mouth guard is easy to mold (yes it’s a bit bulky) but I wore it an hour before going to bed so I could adjust. Very innovated product.

Perfect! Worth every penny.

Perfect! This is the BEST night guard I have tried. It stays in place. It doesn't feel like it's even THERE, unlike others I've tried that fill your whole mouth. It also doesn't cause me to subconsciously want to bite down. I have been grinding and clenching my teeth in my sleep since I was a child (I'm now 44). This has caused problems with my teeth, gums, morning or all day jaw pain, and probably headaches. Not to mention, interrupted my sleep. Easy to follow fitting steps, and video if needed. I highly recommend this product. 👍

easy to make and easy to wear

I have TMJ. I wear this product every night and I have no problems with my jaw, and also it reduces shoulder muscle pain as well. I strongly recommend you to try this if you suffer from neck or shoulder pain, or headaches.

This nightguard is AMAZING!

Wow! This is amazing! Not only have I been a teeth clencher my entire life I also worked in a dentist for 20 years. The dentist I worked for made a very expensive (around $500) nightguard very similar to this one. It fit only on your upper two front teeth, this helps the jaw to relax and not clench like it normally wants to do when the teeth can come together. I was skeptical that this boil and bite style guard would do the same job but I thought I would try after my expensive night guard broke and I no longer work in a dental office. To my surprise this nightguard works perfectly! I'm so thrilled! This has greatly reduced my night time teeth clenching that normally comes with headaches and neck aches when I wake up. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a problem with teeth clenching.
